I just called to find out if they were accepting new patients and I was surprised to be greeted with a very rude and snippy attitude from the receptionist. She seemed to be annoyed that I was calling lol. So I came here to leave a review and I noticed a few other comments saying the same thing. Might be time for some retraining or a new receptionist. I hung up and decided to find somewhere else.

I never actually visited this office, my experience was only talking with the receptionist who seemed extremely annoyed when I was only asking a question. Saying they didn't perform the procedure that I was asking about, which is completely fine. It was her tone of voice that made me just want to hang up the phone and never call again. Which by the way, I won't. 😊
