I was on vacation and had a toothache that needed attention. I was able to request an appointment online, (even though it wads late at night), and they contacted me first thing the next morning.
I got in right away. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Latest in dental technology, and very good at explaining the process of what they were doing. Very up front with pricing for the procedure, and what insurance covered. All in all a very good experience.
