Dr. Bob has been our dentist for the past 10 years when we move to the Appleton area. Dr. Bob, his staff and now Dr. Paffell have been welcoming and great to work with. They make my young children feel comfortable and their experience fun! They are very informative and great at teaching them as to what they are doing so there are no surprises as to what’s happening. My children, husband and myself enjoy and look forward to visits at the Dentist office!

Compared to other options in the area, lower costs. I am always greeted warmly and receive great care from all of the staff. I recently had an appointment during this pandemic. Dr Bob and his crew always have time to personally greet me every time I visit. It's always, " Hi Gerry, How are you doing?" It is a noticeable change from my doctors office where I have also been going for 35 years. The doctor's office says, "What's your name? What's your date of birth?" Appleton Dental makes me feel like I belong there and they care about me.
They have provided excellent care for me and my family for a long time. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Soon my grandchildren will be going there too.

This was my first experience at this office. I was very pleased with how professional and friendly the staff were. My hygienist, Elizabeth did a wonderful job! Best cleaning ever! Dr. Paffel is very knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend this office.

I recently had to have a tooth pulled. I had a bad experience when I was a kid and had to have a tooth pulled, so I was really nervous this time, but it couldn't have gone smoother. Both Dr. Bastic and his assistant were very considerate and there was no pain whatsoever during the extraction or after either. Healing afterwards went very smoothly and quickly.

With Dr Bob gone it is just not the same. I've got a massive tooth ache but they wouldn't schedule me sooner then 4 days from now even though I had been a customer for 10 years with my whole family. They lost a customer Too bad. We called on Tuesday morning and they couldn't get me in until Friday morning because I was on their inactive list. So ended up going with a competitor of theirs instead who didn't have a problem taking us in sooner.
