Each member of the staff is incredibly kind and goes above and beyond to provide the best customer service! Great conversations were had and I felt like more than just the next scheduled appointment. Being in a clean facility is always a plus! With my X-rays and cleaning, I was handled with care and I felt the hygienist is truly passionate about her work. I am so excited for the journey ahead with Dr. Long, as today we discussed the steps in transforming my smile! I am very grateful to have been referred here and will absolutely recommend to everyone else.

Awesome people that work there, always kind. Sweet to my family and kids when I have to bring them along, they explain everything before proceeding, they take the time to listen. I’ve never felt rushed for them to get to the next patient. Dr Long is a really great dentist ,I feel he has a very sweet spirt, you can tell he cares about his patients. I have and will always recommend them as an amazing dentist office. Thank you!

I needed to find a new dentist and quick. I had a broken molar that had an abscess that was quite painful. I was able to schedule an appointment online then fill out and submit my paperwork online as well. The next day I was greeted, shown the offices brought to my room (on time no less). Once I was made comfortable, I was assessed, given a professional opinion and a price breakdown of the services and what my insurance would cover all within a half hour. The actual extraction and sutures went without a hitch and was done before I knew it. The staff are personable, professional and friendly and I scheduled my follow-up and my kids appointments all at the same time because I was so impressed with the entire staff and services.

Super friendly staff. I have massive anxiety about dentists, but felt very comfortable. More importantly was the road map laid out for me for my teeth! A solid plan and my fillings were done quickly, without pain and they look amazing. I was hoping for some wine though :( Thanks again! You guys are awesome!!!

This was my first time at the dentist in over three years after moving to Appleton from out of state. In over 30 years of dentist visits, this was by far my best experience ever. They explained EVERYTHING, were personal, friendly, and cared about my experience throughout the entire visit! I would recommend to everyone and anyone! Both Sarah (hygienist) and Dr Long were phenomenal!

Amazing staff! I had an "emergency" appointment scheduled with a dental clinic local to me for my 9 year old, they called the morning of to cancel because he is a child. I was so very impressed with Fox run, I scheduled an appointment for him for Wednesday and they reached out the same day I scheduled and offered me to come that day as I had let them know my son was in pain. We will continue to make the hour drive for our dental needs based off the amazing treatment here!

TOO EXPENSIVE !!!
It was our first time, I took my son (8yr old) there for two front teeth extraction, (want to add here those teeth were almost falling , I just didn’t want myself to touch them). I found the place on google and gave a call, saw online for prices but nothing mentioned on website , so gave them a call and asked ahead for prices to be prepared , but whoever spoke with me via phone , didn’t give prices . Anyway , when we arrived , doc did the exam, assistant did the X-rays , and then showed me the estimated bill . Total was $720 , $211 it was only for one tooth removal , but after some adjustments I paid $330 since had left only $137 from insurance benefits . So long story short , make sure you clarify with them how much the services are first or you will get caught off guard like us . The extra star here is for the doc , he was fine and they gave a toy to my son as a welcome gift .

I have only been going to Fox Run Dental a short time. Their staff is friendly and courteous. I have had great help with my teeth there. Not that I am looking for more help with fixing my teeth, but I know I still have more work to be done. I will be going back to them to fix my teeth when it’s needed.

This was my first time here at fox run, recently went to a bigger chain dentist for a broken tooth and they wanted me to get root canals and caps. I called to confirm that going forward I would rather just pull the tooth and get an implant. When I went to fox run the dentist mentioned the root canal but said in the long run you will still have to lose that tooth. I got a lot of answers that I needed explained in a better understanding. Great environment, very friendly and approachable staff. Sarah was a great one to work with as well!

3 years ago my filling fell out. I just left the hole there because of CONvid. I've had an abscessed tooth 4 times since then, the fourth time being the last couple of days. This was the final straw! I just had my tooth removed at Fox Run Dental. I was impressed from the moment I set foot in the building. Friendly people, clean and inviting waiting area and rooms, clear and concise doctor and a GIFT bag at the end. =) I don't have dental insurance being a waitress so I was able to pay half now in cash and half later withdrawn from my savings account. They quoted me a price but when they were done taking the tooth they brought it down by $160 (‼️) because the tooth came out easy. Integrity level is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! I needed that $160.. straight up. 😀 When you're in IMMENSE pain it's nice to have a whole team responding with urgency, compassion and understanding. Well done!
