I am a traveling medical professional and broke a tooth while working in Appleton. The staff go me an appointment quickly. Everyone was very friendly and explained every step. They were able to put a temporary crown on and I have an appointment next week for the permanent crown. I appreciate the excellent care and service.

We are retired and we went to Fox run dental because of a flyer sent in the mail the experience was good until we got to the pain part and the receptionist talked about the payments that they needed in order to do our treatment right out by the receptionist's desk with people coming and going I felt pretty intimidated we asked about insurance and they have insurance but it is very costly and the treatments that we needed were very costly and they wanted the money right up front we decided to wait went home and investigated a little bit and found that we could get some insurance because we are on Medicare and now we are working on to see what we can do to get some help. When I called back to cancel my next appointment I was told to maybe look into Delta dental for some help why didn't they tell me that when I was there the first time I was very disappointed with the way they handled the money issue I do not think I will be going back
