I am an adult, scared of the dentistđ Like really scared and neglected my teeth for all sorts of reasons and years. I was extremely embarrassed. I went here based off of a recommendation and I should have come here 5 years ago!! The staff had me at ease on my first visit. Music, blankets, sunglasses, anesthesia, and laughing, they have whatever you need for comfort. Dr. Pajek is amazing! She truly cares about you. She will tell you the truth on where you stand with your mouth, explains all procedures, all while being friendly and making you laugh. I cannot believe I now say I look forward to coming to a dentist!!!

The care is always exceptional. It remains however incredibly insulting to be told I need to pay for services I havenât even received an EOB or payment from my dental insurance. I have been a patient at this practice for over 20 years and have never been in default of a payment. I refused to pay until I received a statement from this practice and a statement/check from my insurance. I donât think it is unreasonable to wait for a billing statement since I have overpaid in the past and then received a refund after months

If you've ever had bad experience with a dentist in the past, then you really need to read this. I came to Modern Touch Dentistry through a recommendation driving from the Milwaukee area up to Appleton for a consult and some dental work. I haven't been to a dentist for a few years for various reasons. I really didn't know what to expect and upon my arrival was greeted by a well lit, clean, very modern, yet cozy office which immediately put me at ease.
Dr. Pajek sat down with me, explained very thoroughly what she planned to accomplish during this visit and after having me fill out the proper paperwork, began to work her craft. She and her assistant worked very efficiently hand in hand throughout the procedures. Without going into too much detail about the process itself, everything "clicked" on every level as anticipated. Both she and her assistant made me feel extremely at ease to the point where I found myself dozing off several times; it must have been that modern gentle touch.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Modern Touch Dentistry to anyone looking for a new dentist or even considering a switch. I can promise you that your visit will become a lasting and memorable great experience.

Ultimately, it caused me to avoid going to a dentist for about 10 years. You kinda slip into a mindset of thinking that all dentists are the same.
