I have a fear of dentist to start with. At modern touch dentistry all my fears were put to rest. Dr Pajek and her amazing staff are so kind and caring They took the time to sit and go over everything with me that I will need to have done and the processes that it will take to restore my smile. I look forward to my up coming appointment's and that is not something I could say about any other dentist office. Dr Pajek and her staff are 10 star to me.

After relocating to the Appleton area I needed a new family dentist for my daughters and I. Dr. Pajek and staff were amazing to work with. From sedation dentistry for my older daughter, regular check up for myself, and my youngest second visit to the Dentist it was a stellar experience. We will be with Modern Touch for years to come.

These people are so nice and helpful. I absolutely love the dentist. This is the best place I have ever been for dental procedures. They work with you and I don't feel any judgment if I am unable to afford a procedure.

I have always been terrified of the dentist since I was a young girl, until now even at 25 I go into the office shaking, and I finally gave up two years ago when a chain dental office cut my last string. But it got to the point I couldn't take it anymore so I researched dental offices that offer sedation, and I found this location. I had my first appointment last week, and found out I have a TON of work that needs to be done, but I have never left a dentist appointment with a smile on my face and a good feeling. Even though it is going to be a pretty penny for the work, I trust them, and feel confident with their work. I have already told MULTIPLE people that suffer with the same anxious feeling going to the dentist as I do, to seek their office! I have never laughed so much during an appointment either, it was an all over good experience and I am hoping it stays this way and I can finally say I have found MY dentist :) I will also be scheduling my 5 year old son an appointment, because unfortunately I have not brought him to an appointment yet, because I didn't know where to go. The chain dentist I was going to, ruined it so bad for me I did not want my son to even deal with them, and have the same fear :(.

Prior to visiting Modern Touch Dentistry, dental visits presented me with high amounts of anxiety. Dr. Jolanta Pajek and her staff have eased me through each procedure, and truly care not only about my care but also my comfort.

Sorry, this will be long winded. I have been going to a corporate type dental facility for most of my life. As my teeth started having issues, and needing tons of work (after 30 years), it made me realize that I don't think I met a dentist very often that would really look at my teeth. If the xray didn't show anything, they let it rot apparently. So it wasn't a place I wanted to continue sending my kids. I then found Modern Touch Dentistry, and read so many good reviews, so I thought we found our new dentist. BUT, not so much. I really tried to like this place, but it was all too much for me. The staff seems to try too hard to crack jokes and keep it light. They are polite and nice, but there is a since of being over the top. There is almost too much "rainbows and butterflies" atmosphere going on there. Another thing I didn't realize I hated until having it done here, anytime they have to perform work on your teeth, they throw headphones on so loud you can't hear anything, and then try to talk to you during. After the third time of this, I was starting to get anxiety just from having to sit in the chair with the headphones on. Something else that really bothered me, I had [2] 40 minute delays for appointments due to emergencies right before I was scheduled, but no one let me know so that I could reschedule or bring a laptop to do some work while I waited, so I just WASTED 40 minutes, TWICE. And when i finally got in for those appointments, I felt like Dr. Pajek rushed through my filling and root canal. I am still in pain from both, and it's been two months. Another issue, I was told I have [6] cavities starting and need them repaired quickly. I could only afford to have [2] done, but I am emailed and texted constantly for the other [4]. I took my children for a cleaning, and my 13 yr old daughter was told she has [2] cavities that need immediate attention as well. On a good note, my 15 yr old son liked Dr. Pajek, as he said she showed him the crud that was scraped from his teeth and he never had a dentist do that before. He said that made him definitely work harder at brushing lately. So I really appreciate that. From all of this, after 2 months time, we decided to go to another dentist. Love it, so calm and relaxing. After he examined us, he said there are [3] of my teeth that could use fillings, and only [1] on my daughter all which he found by poking the dental tool into a fissure and it stuck. Dr. Pajek didn't find them this way?? I really hope Dr. Pajek wasn't throwing in an extra tooth for each of us for a little extra cash, but I will never know for sure. I am sure many people love this dental office, I just wanted to give my honest opinion and I am sorry if it is upsetting to anyone.

I have been visiting the team at Modern Touch for nearly a year now, and I must say the experience always exceeds my expectations. Dr. Pajek and her team really take the extra steps to make their patients feel comfortable and put them at ease.

Modern Touch Dentistry IS very modern - no paperwork to fill out, it's all on the computer. Beautiful office and waiting area. The staff is very friendly and nice. Dr. Pajek has a nice sense of humor and is very knowledgeable. Thanks everyone for the great exam and visit.
