Dr. Cepeda is very thorough, gentle and really makes sure you are comfortable and that you understand what needs to be done AND what is being done before he does it. He has always made me feel comfortable and made me smile and feel relaxed. Not only that but the assistants and hygienists are just as great and make me feel even more at ease! And Angela specifically has made a huge impact on my son loving the dentist! I love this place. And don't forget Stella. 😉

Not the same Dentistry. They pick and choose who to serve. Very Bad business practices. Insulting to Patients. Still Waiting for my Chipped Tooth to be fixed. They said I had to have a tooth removed first. Had it done. Still waiting to have my chipped tooth fixed. Now, they said I must get a root canal. Questioned X Ray ? Asking Tough Questions ? Dentist was huffing and puffing. I could sense the Bad Energy from her. Very Bad Energy. I was Calm, asking questions ? Still waiting to have chipped tooth to be fixed. Been going to this Dentistry for over 10 years. Not Good !

Dr. Emily Ruthven and the staff at North Appleton Dentistry are amazing. I have been going here for a couple of years. I recently brought my youngest daughter to North Appleton Dentistry since she had a unpleasant experience at another location. At first she was scared but then became very excited because of Stella! She went back all by herself and when she was finished she walked out with a smile. She really enjoyed her experience and is actually looking forward to going back.

Not only did the amazing professionals at North Appleton Dentistry do a fantastic job with cleanliness and social distancing, they also knocked the dental service out of the park. They were very polite and professional, accurate in their work, and reassuring while discussing treatment options. Dr. Nelson has been my density since roughly 2008. I had a horrific experience with my previous dentist, but with Dr. Nelson I enjoy getting my teeth cleaned. I like that he knows my name, does an ultrasonic cleaning, and follows it with a polish every 6 months. He takes extra time to ask me if eveything feels and looks okay before I leave. His office provides a genital cleaning and they are proactive with any issue that arise. The staff is warm and welcoming. I have yet to find better service anywhere else.
