When my dentist was out of town for an unfortunate weekend dental emergency, Dr. Tovar and her assistant, Angie, made time to get me in on a Saturday. But that isn’t where the excellence stops. Patient, kind; understanding, and perceptive as to the needs of her patient only begins to describe my experience. As someone with anxiety and panic disorder, and an irrational fear of dentists, Dr. Tovar took care of a painful problem, on her day off, while also able to understand my unique needs. I will be forever grateful to her and her assistant for providing me much needed relief and ending my suffering. I highly recommend.

Modern facilities and techniques I had not experienced anywhere else. The hygienist Erica was kind, gentle and thorough. The doctor Veronica was patient, empathetic and explained things thoroughly. For the first time in a long time, I did not feel like just another insurance card number.
Very impressed and happy.

I have not been to the dentist in a very very long time. I am embarrassed at the current state of my teeth and avoided going for this reason. When I sat in the chair I was nervous but the hygienist was great (wish I could remember her name, sorry) she was gentle as she could be when doing the exams. Dr Tovar and her staff never once made me feel ashamed or scolded me for my teeth. Their main concern is my comfort and getting my mouth healthy again. We skipped the cleaning so I can come back and be numbed for it. Wonderful staff and will absolutely recommend to anyone who asks about a dentist. AMAZING!!!!!

Best dentist I've ever had in my 51 yrs of life. Careful, caring, capable, conscientious...Tovar and her staff are awesome. My 5th grader used to be terrified of the dentist, but now he doesn't mind because "they're so nice." One complaint: they're so awesome, appointments are out more than 3 months. Don't expect that cavity do get filled next week. But if you're in pain, they always find a way to get you in fast. Highly recommended!

I am not a fan of going to the dentist. From the time I stepped foot in the door till the time I left Dr. Tovar and her staff set me at ease and made me feel like family. The Hygentist Dana was very gentle but thorough when doing my cleaning. Doctor Tovar came in, looked over my pictures and examined my teeth. She as well is very gentle and explained what she was seeing to me in a very clear and understandable way. She made sure that all of my questions were answered before I left. I did have a few cavaties and had to schedule them for filling. When I came back I again was fearful because I do not like needles. Again Dr. Tovar set me at ease. Never before has any dentist administered a shot to me with out me feeling it. She was the first. She again explained everything she was doing and made sure I was completely comfortable. I recommend her and her staff to anyone I meet that is looking for a dentist. You will see others claim to be the best but if you truly want a great dentist then you need to see Dr. Tovar.

This team is top notch, is considerate, compassionate, friendly, attentive and extremely informative yet not pushy for additional services. Lisa, the dental hygienists/assistants and Dr. Veronica Tovar are all professional, organized and kind to their patients and to each other. Give them a call, you'll be glad you did!

I've always had negative experiences with dentists. So much so that I'd avoid going for years at a time. When looking for a new dentist when my family relocated to the fox valley I did some research on my dental insurance website. Dr. Tovar was the highest rated on their website and practiced sedation dentistry which was a must for me at this point. I had several cavities filled, wisdom teeth removed and a crown put in. I've had nothing but an amazing experience and I will keep going back for services.

I missed my cleaning in March due to Covid, called to reschedule and they got me in within 2 weeks! Had MacKenzie for the cleaning and she did a fabulous job and was great company.
