Hebert Dental Eau Claire

I emailed them regarding setting up an appointment. They were quick to respond and got me in for a quick first visit. After giving them my insurance information they were kind enough to explain the cost breakdown. The staff was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and answered all the questions I had. They explained the procedures well and why they were doing them. I was also able to set up my next appointment. The facility was clean and well kept. Overall, a great first time experience.

My appointment was quick and smooth. Lynette was cheerful, friendly & pleasant. The dental assistant working with her was also. Their business operates to get you in & out as soon as possible. They have multiple dentist's on during a shift, if you can be flexible as to who checks over your teeth, you will be able to finish up sooner. They have been understanding when I did not want my kids to have flouride treatments. My kids have been comfortable going here as well.

The entire staff was so very helpful, welcoming and kind! I am a new patient and went in because I was experiencing some extreme pain and they were so great to me, and very accommodating. I don’t like being a nuisance, which I’m sure I was, but they never made me feel that way. Dr. Joe took time to explain everything to me, which is something I hadn’t experienced with dental care in the past.

First time here and I have to say it is one of the best experiences I've ever had at a dental office. Jody was very welcoming when I first arrived. Next, I met Lara, my dental assistant(also friendly and welcoming) who did the X-rays, etc. Dr. Tarpenning came in to say hello, look things over, and make some notes. He is one of the most friendly and calming dentists you'll ever meet. If you're nervous about dental care, don't be. The entire staff at Hebert Dental is so welcoming and make you feel like you matter.
Another thing that I noticed is that everyone works together as a team.
Stacey my hygienist, was very friendly and probably the best hygienist I've ever seen.
I was surprised at how gentle she was while cleaning my teeth.
I'm not nervous about seeing the dentist, but if you are, Hebert Dental is the place to go for your dental care.
These are just a few of the staff members that I met, but I wouldn't hesitate to see anyone there based on the camaraderie that I observed.

Always an amazing and comforting experience for someone that didn’t always want to go to the dentist in the past and put off needed checkups or corrective procedures. Hebert’s team have always had a positive and upbeat attitude with every team member you come in contact with from the moment you walk in to the door. This always has taken the anxiety out of each and every visit no matter how extensive the procedure that has been needed. Paperwork was easy to fill out digitally. Staff was very kind and thorough in explaining my teeth x-rays as well as other questions. Environment was calm and professional. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a new dental provider.

I CAN NOT express how much I love going to Herbert Dental! I stopped going to my former dentist because I didn't like the experience at all. After years of not going to the dentist I started having issues with a tooth and I had to go somewhere. By chance I chose Hebert! BEST decision ever! Whenever I recommend them to someone I say, "they kill you with kindness! My hygienist Lynette is BEYOND the best as well as Dr. T!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I've never done this survey before, but I wanted to thank my new hygienist. (I forgot her name, sorry!) I'm a nervous person in the dentist chair. She was gentle and for the first time I didn't leave in pain. I enjoyed her conversation. Which wasn't overly perky and continuous small chat. Like I said earlier I don't like going to the dentist, I normally hide my clenched my hands while lying there waiting for the pain. I felt myself actually relax this time. So THANK YOU!

The doctors and staff are exceptional at Hebert dental. Emilee especially was so patient with me and answered all my questions and concerns in a very caring manner. After doing further research, their charges for service were the best I could find. I highly recommend and have for years.

I am a new patient that hasn't had my initial new customer appointment yet, but was having problems with a tooth. They worked me in and Dr Joe evaluated the situation. I was very pleased that I was able to get in so fast. Very friendly staff. So glad Hebert Dental is my new Dentist.
