My hygienist, Katie, was great! Very thorough and kind. She did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Wagner was also thorough with her exam, and was very friendly. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

Typically have a good experience here, but today happened to be the worst dental cleaning I’ve ever… literally ever… have had. The Hygienist substantially failed to thoroughly clean my teeth and even had me assisting her with the machinery. She had a difficult time flossing one of my back gum areas and eventually told me “you’ll have to just do that later on on your own.” She then proceeded to be quite stingy with the “free”handouts and initially was only going to give me a “free” sample of toothpaste. I had to ask for a tooth brush and floss, which there were visibly plenty to go round. I was shocked. It was not a good experience by far. However, I’m optimistic and will give them another chance, just with a different Hygienist.

I’ve received great care over the years. I finally elected to have multiple problem teeth extracted with resultant implants, crowns and bridges. It was expensive but well worth the cost. My dental health is so much better. Thank you Dr. Wagner, Donna S. and the entire team.
