I recently visited this dentistry and I have to say, the Hygienist, Helene and Dr. Ford were awesome! They were very thorough in their work and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all my questions and address any concerns I had. Additionally, the receptionist, Denitza, was kind and helpful in answering my questions on insurance and how to use dental products. Overall, the team at this dentistry is fantastic and I felt well taken care of. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional, friendly and caring dental experience.

As new clients, Mendota Springs Denistry has been able to provide me and my children appointments in a timely manner and we have been very pleased with every treatment and procedure we have had. Mendota Springs Dentistry makes you want to go in and get all your teeth cleaned over and over again just so you can be inside the atmosphere. The place is clean and has a cute theme. The staff are super friendly and make going to the dentist enjoyable.

Mendota spring dentistry is very convenient for me. Just a 2 minutes drive from my house. That’s why I went to them. But this office worked carelessly and ripped off patients.
I visited the office for filling my 2 cavities. The night right after the filling, I was unable to floss between those two teeth.. I was struggling with the problem. And 1 of the two fillings fell off after not even a month. I had to make another trip back to the office to fix that issues and reduce the filling back.
After that I got 1 cement, it lasted less than 2 months. When I went back for the cement again. They said I must pay for that service. Paying out of pocket without insurance covered for their careless work… Don’t try Mendota Spring Dentistry if you don’t want to lose your time and your money

Mendota Springs Dentistry is a friendly and confident place. I was surprised that I had the option to watch TV while undergoing a teeth cleaning. It was Jerry Seinfeld and me! I actually enjoyed myself. Thanks for cleaning my teeth and giving me some entertainment.

Everyone here is very nice and professional. My dentist was able to complete two fillings in 15-20 minutes making an extremely quick appointment. Her and her dental assistant were also very understanding/patient with me when I jumped a bit in the chair having felt a pinch. Really great team here.

This is a beyond great dentist. The rooms were clean and bright and I sort of felt like I was at the spa. Exceptional hygienist care from Kristen. At the end of the appointment we sat in confrontabile chairs and discussed the options for treatment and their exact prices. At previous dentists I always just “figure out what I owe” and that’s that. This place was great in every way and I really only went here because it was close to my house— but 5 stars for sure. So happy to find such a great practice.

The staff are all incredibly friendly and supportive. They’re encouraging, but don’t shame you if your dental routine isn’t perfect. I’ve never liked going to the dentist, but I haven’t minded ever since I started going here (six years ago)! Highly recommend to everyone I know in the area (sometimes without prompt, that’s how great they are).
