Been coming here since at least 2017. Revolving door of dentists and techs throughout the last year or two. Incomplete cleanings with skipped steps. Now no longer answers their phone, so you're required to leave a message which they don't seem to return. My partner and I have attempted to get records transferred to new dentist without success after various attempts. Can no longer recommend

The office was very efficient with my intake as a new client, x-rays cleaning consultation, and I was out in an hour or less, conveniently located off of PD in Fitchburg for those that work or live there

I'm very thankful the doctor alerted me to a problem with my thyroid! I have an appointment with my PCP to get it checked out. I don't recall any dentist checking my thyroid in the past so this is above the call of duty in my book. The hygienist was careful around my sensitive teeth which I greatly appreciate.
I had another appointment to get a tooth drilled which is no fun at all. I had the best time joking with dentist and dental assistant. I didn't feel any pain and had some good laughs.

I just had my 1st visit for teeth cleaning and new patient checkup. We moved to this area from west coast and the water is not as soft as before. My teeth has more stains. They did a very good job about teeth cleaning, fast and clean. Some clinics I experienced previously cannot finish teeth cleaning for one visit. They would ask you come back in a week. They billed the insurance twice. This didn't happen here because of the efficiency and quality of work. I appreciate the service and recommend to everyone.

This is a franchise (vs. a private practice where the dentist is the owner). Do not count on having a long-term relationship (say 30 years) with a dentist at Midwest Dental. I went once. Good outcome. I was to monitor a certain are for problems and then revisit and discuss at my next appointment. However, “my” dentist had left the practice and the new guy had no idea what my special issue was (guess they do not maintain patient notes either…??) Hmmm…??
Bottom line: sure seems like I should be able to select the person to whom I entrust my dental care. Will not repeat.

My daughters have been seen at Midwest Dental (in New Glarus initially, and now Fitchburg location) for several years now; and although it's only been routine visits/X-rays/cleanings/sealants applied, it's been a seamless endeavor each time.
The staff is friendly, professional and accommodating.
They make 'the scary dentist' not so scary.

Very friendly staff. Both the receptionist and my hygienist, Tera, were especially welcoming. My appointment started right when it was supposed to and my mouth feels clean without the soreness that I'm used to accompanying a dental cleaning. They were able to point out likely problem areas in the future and got me on track to avoid them becoming cavities. I've been here before and I'll certainly continue coming here for as long as I'm in the Madison area.

EVERYONE from receptionist to dentist were ALL very polite and accommodating. They were able to get me in for a urgent appointment when my dentist could not. I have now changed to Midwest Dental for ALL of my future dental needs.

Worst visit ever. We received a promotion for x ray and cleaning for $100, after the xray the dentist deny cleaning because according to her we need deep cleaning that cost $1500. We ended up doing the regular cleaning in another dentist and thankful our mouth it was not as bad as they claim.
What a waste of time and money, hope they can be more honest next time and do the service that the promote.
