Wonderful warm and welcoming staff and atmosphere! Everyone took their time to make me feel comfortable and completely informed about both my current dental health, what treatment plan they recommend, and went over my cost estimate in detail so that I didn't feel confused or unprepared for future bills. Dr. Chad is very frank and friendly and respectful as is his care team of assistants, hygienists, and receptionists! Couldn't recommend them more!

Every time we visit it continues to be a wonderful experience. Dr. Chad and his staff are all so welcoming and patient. They were especially patient with my child who was very nervous and anxious about her fillings and helped me as a parent feel at ease by including me and letting me be by her side to help keep her calm. They use terms so not to scare the kids but are also honest with them, and really go above and beyond to ensure it is a good experience for them. The dental hygienists take the time to explain every tool they will use and lets the kids touch and feel and will kindly answer the many questions the kids ask. Their set up and technology allows for a person to view their xrays and treatment plans on a screen right in front of them and all questions are answered clearly. They even have a separate waiting area where kids can watch kids shows on the TV or read books while waiting which is super helpful when bringing multiple kids for appointments at once. I highly recommend!

We had a very wonderful experience at Fondy Family Dental! My son was nearly in tears nervous/scared when we got there. He enjoyed it and is very excited to go back! The staff was very pleasant to work with. They were very quick to get us in as well.

Gave detailed explanation of what was going on with my teeth and made sure i stayed comfortable the whole time. Didnt talk to me like a kid but explained well what they were doing. Had another appointment today and they made sure I was completely comfortable giving breaks when needed.
