I've been going to Rock River Dental for years after my previous dentist retired. I've had nothing but pleasant experiences and I'm not sure many people say that about the dentist! I am definitely not a fan of the dentist as I have genetically bad teeth however, they make any process or procedure (like the dreaded filling) as comfortable as they can! Every single person is friendly and inviting, from the moment you step in the door. Often times greeting you by name. Customer service and chairside manner is second to none. I have referred many family members and friends and will continue to do so!

I am a college student, so it is hard to get into a dentist with my schedule. I called for a schedule for spring break, but they were booked up. I asked to be put on a wait list for a cancellation. They called me right away when there was an opening! I was put on the schedule immediately. After going I found out I did need fillings. The staff knew I was on a tight schedule, so they decided to do the fillings the day of my cleaning! I did not have to come back and they were sure to do a great job.
I am normally so nervous when I go to the dentist. I have not gone in almost two years and I knew I needed some work done. For the first time I felt really comfortable in a dentist office. Everyone was so nice! I will continue to go to Rick River Dental from now on! :)
