I kept driving past and I just love how cute the building looked and then I got a flyer in the mail so I just had to come in! I was really impressed at how clean the entire building is and the staff were really cautious and safe as well! I was REALLY impressed with the x-rays and further picture taking of my teeth went! Dr. Marley and her assistant Vanessa were absolutely wonderful! I was originally supposed to have two separate appointments for a very painful tooth issue, and she was compassionate enough to squeeze me in straight away because she knew how much pain I was in. As always great customer service. I love the cleanliness of the office and treatment rooms. Great staff and very knowledgeable and friendly from the front desk throughout the building. Dr. Marli was my doctor before she changed clinics she is fantastic, kind and very gentle when she worked on my senitive teeth. Dr. Linh is my doctor now and she is just as kind, gentle and knowledgeable. I love that they are open on Saturday too. Ohh I can't forget Taylor. Great customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable to my many questions.

The staff is great except for the dentist assistant I had today very dry and kinda rude . She said to me didn’t I tell you to wait . Like I’m a kid. Me and the young lady that brought me to the front just laughed. When she called me I can tell with her greeting she was going to be rude.I felt . It truly was different from my first visit.

I've been a patient at Lakeshore Family Dentistry for many years and am very satisfied with all aspects of the experience. They do a great job reminding you of upcoming appointments and have a lot of availability. I've seen a few different dentists there but everyone I've worked with (the folks at the front desk, dental hygienists, dentists) has been friendly and knowledgeable. My wife plans to set up an appointment after hearing about the positive experiences I've had.

My husband loves the dentist, but he showed up for his scheduled appointment to have his crown put on, only to be told that the crown hasn’t arrived! They had to reschedule. No one called to inform him . I had also called with a billing question, I won’t do that again.
But the dentist is friendly and professional. My husband gives the dentist 5 Stars !⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
