They were nice and still charged me $65 even though have Delta Dental clear plan that I pay $50 a month direct withdrawal out my bank account every month. I was kind of pushes out the door. They got busy. I will see how much i have to pay next time with Delta Dental. The decor was nice. So was Brook my dental hygienist.

Due to COVID restrictions, supposed to reply by text or call when arriving at parking lot. Text not responded to, however, called in promptly after I called & seated in chair by hygienist within just a few minutes of appointment time. Experience with Brooke, the hygienist, very positive. However, when informed of which dentist I would be seeing, it was someone different than on previous visits. When I insisted on seeing the same dentist as on last visit, that was readily agreed to & my request to see the same dentist was noted. I’m not sure why this isn’t the default SOP; it certainly was when I was in active medical practice. Exam by Dr. Hall was pleasant & efficient, however, he took plenty of time to address my concerns.

The staff is always friendly and caring; and they have always provided quality dental work. From the reception desk to the dental chair I was treated by warm, friendly, professional personnel.

Very clean environment. The staff are so friendly and personable. I felt confident in the care I will receive with Dr. Marley and the staff of hygienists assisting. If quality service, knowledgeable and friendly staff, clean environment, good energy and great vibes is what you desire in an atmosphere as a dentist office...then Lakeshore is that place!!

My visit with Lakeshore Family Dentistry today provided me with professional service from front to back. While at the same time maintaining a personal and friendly atmosphere. Brookes the dental hygienist who took care of me today did a great job on the cleaning and X-rays. Brookes and the rest of the office support staff were able to answer all of my insurance questions. Dr. Linh completed the exam and we then discussed the results and next steps if any. At my age, not my first Rodeo (getting dental work done, actually too many times to count) let’s just say I can’t think of anyway Lakeshore can improve. My experience with them has always been wrinkle free. I feel very fortunate to have them as part of my health care team.

I was extremely pleased with the consultation I had today. The doctor first asked questions about me wanting to know who I was and how I felt about coming to the office. He then thoroughly explained the options that I had regarding my dental plan. He took his time and made sure that I was comfortable with the decision that I was making. I have never been so impressed with a dentist as I was today!
