I had a great appointment today at lakeshore. Lindsee, Nikki, and Dr Marli made sure I had an excellent experience throughout the whole appointment. The attention to detail and COVID protocol made me feel at ease for the appointment. This is the best dental office I have been to and I would recommend Lakeshore Family Dentistry to everyone looking for a dental home.

The spread of COVID-19 and shutdown has changed how business can be done for everyone. They do online forms, temperature checks and have patients wait in their car for safety reasons. The lobby isn’t big enough to social distant. There has been some recent remodeling done and it looks good, the front desk area seems well staffed and I haven’t experienced much issues recently.

A lot has changed over the years at this office. When I tried to schedule my appointment, the latina front desk person wasn’t focus on scheduling my appointment and didn’t tell me the correct time. If it is so busy then the office should have 2 people that are manning the front desk instead of one. Every 6 months that I go to the office, the dentist changes every time and I had some concerns that the previous doctor would know and monitored what was going on in my mouth that the new dentist doesn’t know what I’m talking about. I think it is time for me to go somewhere and find a dentist office with consistency because that is what I am not getting here.

Didn’t find out ahead of appointment that my favorite dentist had left practice. Then had billing issues that were not resolved!!! Will definitely find a new dental office.

I cannot say enough good things about this practice! Absolutely everyone is friendly and of the highest caliber- the equipment is state of the art, the office is clean and calm and beautiful- and everyone seems to enjoy working there and really care about the patients.
