This team is terrific! Having recently changed dental insurances, I didn't have a card to share upon my arrival as a new patient. Nicole was so kind and helpful at finding and confirming my coverage so I could be seen. Kirsty and Dr. Emily were incredibly thorough and talked me through each step of their work. I've been going to Dental Associates for years. YEARS. However, my current insurance no longer listed them as providers. I'd also been wanting to start using a private dentist.
While dental work in general is very expensive, I appreciated Lakeshore informing me of the costs every step of the way. It was a pleasant and personal experience and I enjoyed working with both the hygenist and Dr. Abby. In all of my years going to the dentist this was THEE MOST ENJOYABLE. Lakeshore has certainly secured a new client for the long haul.
