I am new to this practice, but I have had very positive experiences with everyone: the front desk staff, the dental hygienists, and the Dentists. I appreciate them taking the time to explain what they're going to do and the reason behind it. I also appreciate that they include me in the decisions that need to be made about my teeth. Lastly their hours of operation are great, and their willingness to see you as soon as possible for any problems is phenomenal. This is something that I did not experience with my last Dentist. Thank You!!!
I am no longer new to the practice, but I am still grateful for their care and adjustments they have made for me. Today I forgot to take antibiotics before my visit and they allowed me to go home, take my antibiotics, and come back for my appointment. I have never been in a practice that would allow me to do that. Most practices would require that you reschedule. Thank you!!!

My experience with Lakeshore Family Dentistry. Dr. Edward put me at ease . The Dentist, Dr. Edward explained everything to me.The staff and Dr. Edward made me feel so much better. I Just have to heal from 2 teeth extractions. Augh!

Just a quick one . . . I needed to go back for a slight adjustment to a crown I just had done and they got me in right away and again explained why I had symptoms of sensitivity. Dr. Lathe and her assistant Taylor did the adjustments and I was able to do it without numbing the area so I could test my bite better. Thank you.

It was so easy to schedule when I noticed tooth pain. The doctor evaluated, showed me pictures, and clearly communicated the treatment recommendations. I was able to get in the next day to address the source of pain.

Did not clean teeth thoroughly and they did not use ultrasonic cleaning device. They added fees on to my bill without my consent made appointment to check loose implant said there was no mobility but the seal had broken and tooth was ready to fall out There only concern is how can they bill patient and insurance. I hate this dintist and crooks that work there
