I've had traumatic experiences before at other dental offices and have been skeptical about receiving dental care for a very long time because of that, BUT this place is restoring my trust in dentists and their offices. Dr. Gruber and her assistants were sooooo understanding of my concerns and anxiety and I felt truly taken care of. I'm getting root canal and crown treatments and feel safe with them, highly recommend them.

The staff was really nice and Brooke did a really great job on my cleaning. I would have appreciated more communication regarding any insurance issues prior to me sitting in the chair. I even asked the front desk ladies if everything was okay before my appointment and I was told yes. All the while they were having trouble getting the insurance they info. I would recommend letting the patient know as soon as you know especially if they ask. Otherwise the staff was extremely friendly.

I have been going to Lakeshore Family Dentistry since 2018. After years of not going to the dentist because of a HORRIBLE experience, an emergency brought me in and I’ve been here ever since! From check in to the chair and back out the door, the service is AMAZING. I recently switched insurance companies and found out at my appointment that under my new insurance I was out of Network. I nearly cried. Vanessa did some digging and found some out of Network Benefits for me.. she saved and made my day!! I was willing to pay out of pocket because I love it here just that much. If you think I’m exaggerating, I dare you to try them! Dr. Linh is my dentist and everyone who works there is top notch! I highly recommend!!
