I had not been to a dentist in something like 15 years - i had braces for like 8 years so when those came off i didn't want anything to do with dentists. Needed multiple cleanings and had some other issues. They were considerate and i didn't feel judged at all. I moved out of state for about 2 years and coming back i didn't even think about going anywhere else.

My husband and I and our 2 kids have been going here for a few years. Love the dentists, receptionist is great, the hygienists too. Got me in quickly when I had an issue last year and recommended a great oral surgeon when it turned out I needed a root canal. Same when my daughter needed braces. No complaints at all and the prices are very reasonable!

Great Experience. I hadn't been to a dentist in a decade or so, and I'm glad I found this one. I'm paying cash and they gave me a great deal. Dr. Winter took the proper time to tell me what he was thinking about the issues I had. He took the mirror and showed me exactly what was happening. The desk agent was super friendly and even recommended the Dr that worked on her kids. I'm going back to get more stuff done and I'm hoping for more of what I already found.

Great experience from the initial phone call to schedule to the cleaning and Dentist herself. I am new to the area and needed to be seen on short notice - they got me in first thing the next morning. Impressive. I felt like the cleaning was thorough, all staff were helpful and informative and Dr. Meister left me feeling positive and comfortable. Highly recommend this practice.

Contrary to previous reviews, this clinic is wonderful and more than accommodating. The staff is extremely friendly, especially Dr. Meister, Kit and Debbie!! The team is always so inviting and warm, and I know that each time I am receiving top notch service. Thank you Grafton Family dentistry!! You guys are phenomenal!!

I have been a patient since 2011. Small town family dentist[s]. Very friendly. I dont know what the other folks are talking about. I have found the receptionist very friendly, as well as the rest of the staff.
If you need to giant fish tank with big screen in the waiting room, this is not your place.
If you like small town friendliness, this is it.

This is a pretty inconsiderate place. I wanted to switch appointments around for my husband who hasn't been to the dentist in 15 years (I know, terrible). They wouldn't do it. Won't be going back to this place ever again.
