Dental Arts, Dr. Thompson, Amy and the people at the main desk are the best! So personable, respectful, genuinely interested in "me". Always professional & thorough. Explain any findings clearly. Make sure I am comfortable during my appointments. *A plus... both Dr. Thompson and Amy show a warm sense of humor! I'm grateful to be a client at Dental Arts.

After this visit I now see why some people require sedation dentistry. The hygienist was extremely rough. I have NEVER been more uncomfortable at a dentist appointment than I was yesterday. I feel I have a pretty high pain tolerance but there were times I had tears in my eyes while she was digging so hard and deep in my gums. It was seriously awful!!! My bottom right teeth are still throbbing more than 16 hours later. I took 4 ibuprofen when I got home and still had excruciating pain in my bottom right teeth and jaw to the point that I couldn't eat anything but soup and couldn't even brush my teeth last night as the pain brought tears to my eyes. I took more ibuprofen in the middle of the night and again an hour ago so I could eat something more substantial this morning with my daily medications.
The only reason I rated a 2 is because the dentist was amazing. Very friendly, wonderful bedside manor, said my teeth looked great, no concerns. Because of him I will go back one more time but will be asking for a different hygienist.

Love the professionalism combined with a level of comfort, and personal care. Dr. Graf asked me if my husband had a nice birthday. I was impressed that he took the time to ask. Also there is many years of knowledge between them and I learn something new each time I visit. My only regret is I didn't find them sooner.

Step by step what they were going to do. great conversation to make me feel comfortable while working on my teeth. Awesome experience all the way around. The office ladies were also very easy to deal with. Always a smile to greet you.

Dr Pat Maraka, Ann, and Erin are the best, they take their time to do it right...and little to no pain! My and my husband's teeth look so good now...the support staff, Michelle also is great to work with, thank you so much!! I would not trust my teeth to any other team!!

I have been more than happy with the service/treatment I have received at dental arts associates and have been a patient there since 1995.. I recently started seeing Dr. Emily and couldn’t be more pleased. She’s patient and really advocates for her patients. I also was so impressed with the dental hygienists Carissa and Taylor. Both are very articulate and professional and personable young women. Most people don’t look forward to going to the dentist, but I have to say I really don’t mind!

Normally I would give Dental Arts 6 stars (out of 5). Dr, Emily Thompson is a fantastic dentist AND a super nice person! Amy (my hygenist) is also great! Staff is professional and friendly. Only reason for less than a perfect review is they have been having software glitches that screw up appointment timings, etc. My appointment was at 2:00 but somehow the software changed it to 11:00. (No one knows how) About 11:20, Amy called me and asked where I was. Told her I wasn't due until 2:00 and had a confirming email a week before that even said it was at 2:00. She had someone else at 2:00 so she gave up her lunch hour to get me in! Software needs to be fixed, but that is an example of how they care for their patients.
