100% would recommend this place to any friend or family member with confidence. They are super professional, never take your money and make up that you need all this unnecessary work done, and they truly care about their patients. All the hygienists are nice and gentle. Dr. Fay is great with my 11-year-old daughter and made it so I know she will never hate going to the dentist again. I see Dr. Carolyn and she is just as fantastic!

A new dentist in a long time. The main desk staff was so helpful and happy spirits, the DDS and his assistant was of the same humor level as I in treating me. All equaled a relaxed setting for this white knuckle patient. This meant I now have a bright front tooth repair. Great first visit. Not nervous at all to return.

Very pleased with Fay Dental. Doctor came to do my check up and noticed I needed filling behind my front teeth (they were just worn down) and he said he could do it right away to save me a special trip back. It took only 5 minutes. Very happy with service and my cleaning.

New insurance, new dentist. Originally my experience here was great! Everyone is super nice and makes you feel comfortable, which is awesome!! I needed a crown with Dr Caroline, and I thought everything went good...until numbing wore off and my bite was horrible. It hurt so bad to bite down and chew food, I mean this affected daily life and really irritated the nerve! I went back to get it adjusted...well it was STILL OFF. So I called back and said I need it fixed again and they fixed it again. Mind you, Dr Caroline never fixed it...it was always the hygienists. At the 2nd adjustment she did stop in and say if it still bothers me I'll have to go to an endo. Well, my bite was not fixed and still off. I had to wait 4 months for the new year for our new insurance to go back to my old dentist and I told him the issue I've been dealing with in pain for 4 months. He took ONE LOOK at my tooth, made me bite on that black paper and said "anyone can take one look at this and see that your bite is completely off" and he drilled away more and voila, completely comfortable and no longer in pain and avoiding chewing on that side of my mouth. It took 5 min. He said "let me guess, they told you they couldn't take more off in case it affected the crown?" I said yes! And he said "lie". SO...always listen to your needs, don't let a dentist blow you off like that. Awful experience. Easy fix. Definitely see Dr. FAY if you do go to fay dental. Dr Caroline is nice but will blow you off if you raise concerns. Super disappointed because my husband loves fay dental...but of course sees Dr fay.

Our son, the night before my routine cleaning had something attached to his back molar. So I brought him with me to my 7am appointment. Dr. Fay happily took a look and popped out a weird calcification chunk. It meant a lot that we didn't need an additional appointment for a 30 second procedure. Especially since we live 45 minutes away. Thank you to the Fay Dental team for always being kind to our family.

These folks are just amazing!!! Took extra special care of me and went above and beyond to get me taken care of. Everyone was very friendly and upfront on what was going on. Highly recommend them if u need a great place to go. 3D x-rays are awesome
