All of the staff go out of their way to make sure each appointment is comfortable and goes smoothly. Dr. Janssen always explains everything going on with your personal case clearly and compassionately. Highly recommend this office for all your dental needs!

From the minute I walked into the office, I felt relaxed and welcome. I've never felt so at ease at a dentist. I've never liked going to a dentist. Now I've lost that fear. Thank you all for making me so very comfortable.

I cannot express how impressed I am with my experience at this clinic. I had to have extensive work done due to incorrect work by prior dentists. Due to the option of sedation I was able to get everything done (9.5 hours of work) in one day with one last appointment to implement the final piece of treatment, also under sedation. It is a life saver for people like me who have had nothing but horrible experiences at the dentist the last 5 years and are terrified. The staff is so amazing and caring from the front desk to the treatment rooms and the office manager. They all make me feel like they have known me and my situation for years when I have only been going there for 2 months. They are also making sure that all of the issues I need to have addressed are covered, some things I wanted, but didn't know they would address at no additional charge. As mentioned in other reviews, they are a bit higher priced than other clinics, but for me it has been worth every penny for the outcome I am getting, keeping my comfort in mind and knowing it is finally being done right. Everything has been clearly outlined on my treatment plan (was given a couple options) and expenses clearly explained. I have had no surprises on my bill. Remember, you get what you pay for. In fact they are providing services I wasn't expecting to be included in my full treatment plan. I will never go anywhere else. And the office is clean, comfortable, and beautiful.

This dentist way overcharges. I even received a $5 billing charge on my most recent statement. And they can be so rude!
