Advanced Dental Treatment Center

This was so different from any other dental office I've gone to. We were welcomed warmly and given a tour of the center, a private area to fill out paperwork and ask questions, and we were made to feel comfortable the entire time we were there. My son is 7 and he was also very comfortable. All treatment and steps were explained thoroughly and in a way that was easy to understand. There are TVs on the ceiling in the treatment rooms, which was a nice touch. Scheduling was easy and all costs were explained before any treatment was done. Highly recommended, especially for children!

This place is the absolute best! The doctors, staff, especially Melissa, is kind helpful and so smart! My cleaning was painless. I got a paraffin hand dip! Aromatherapy oils, and a massage chair. They literally were only missing Chamgpange and I would have sworn I was at a spa. Go to this place! You will not regret it. If your someone who hates the dentist like me- you won’t anymore

I absolutely love this dentist office! Each time I come in everyone is so welcoming so polite always smiling. All of the dentists are so wonderful and caring. Any and all questions you have are always answered thoroughly. I unfortunately haven't had the means to go to the dentist for many years and I was able to use their Care Credit they offer. It has helped me soo much from getting a tooth extraction and also fillings. I started my 2023 new year with the mindset of self care. Time for a healthy happy smile and with Advanced Dental I know Im going to achieve that one visit at a time! 🦷🪥

I had my first visit with advanced dental treatment center today. I know that I need some dental work done, I have always had a fear of the dentist. I can’t even believe how at ease I felt right when I walked in the door. I got a tour of the place by the most polite receptionist that I have ever encountered. She walked me through a menu of essential oils, beverages, ear plugs to mask noise, massage chai, and other things. She then proceeded to give my a little gift bag. I mean I felt like I was at a spa. When she left for a moment to get my paperwork I texted two different people and said you won’t even believe the care that I’m getting at this dental office. The dental assistant and dentist were both extremely friendly and gentle. Everything was explained well and I feel like they really cared about my dental health. I can’t believe I’m not scared to go back to the dentist. You will not regret coming here, I promise! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Had dental emergency, got me in same day! Thank God! I am terrified of dentists and was l actually shaking and in so much pain. They took extra steps with the ex-ray. When Dr. Carini came in he's was extra careful also. I felt comfortable enough to set up a dental plan to fix my teeth! I will recommend them to anyone looking for a gentle dentist. Everyone is so caring .

Always clean and professional, my hygienist today, Dana was incredibly efficient and gentle even with hand scraping. Dr. Carini is always a jovial yet highly skilled dentist/ surgeon/ Botox injector or can refer you out to specialists. My father was a special case and he took very good care of him.

Literally everyone is always so wonderful at ADTC. It is clear that they love what they do and they do it well as a result. If I had to single anyone out apart from the fabulous Dr. Carini and my hygienist Jaimie, it would have to be Erica at the front desk. Erica is the shining face of the company and her kind demeanor and funny jokes always make it a treat to visit ADTC. It's a shame I only go twice a year because Erica, and the rest of the staff at ADTC, are definitely people you could get along with outside of just a "standard dental visit!" I live in Cedarburg and still travel all the way down to Greenfield because the people and the service are simply just worth it to me. I have been a patient of Dr. Carini's practice for over 20 years and I only trust the ADTC staff to take care of me. He clearly selects the best talent to see his patients and Erica and Jaimie are perfect examples of this dedication to professionalism and quality service. 10 / 10, I would 100% recommend ADTC. - JtG

I had the best experience someone could have, especially concerning major mouth issues! Dr. Reem Aljamaan was kind, compassionate and thorough. Her team was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend her!

Absolutely fantastic!! I live in KY and was visiting WI when I had a dental emergency. They took me in immediately and made me feel at ease right away. I have EXTREME anxiety with dentists and Dr. Shah and the entire staff made my experience great. I am literally going to be driving 500 miles for any appointments as they are now my primary dental provider!

I was very impressed with advanced dental office. I was missing a tooth they got me in and did the job right away. The Office is impeccable and all of the staff there were very professional. I felt very comfortable with the dentist and the dental assistant that helped me out. I would definitely give this a five star and recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a dentist.
