& Pete were so nice to me, they made me laugh & they made me feel comfortable, they took really good care of me, they listened to me and it was the first time in my life I didnt hate the Dentist! Thank you so much! I'm actually looking forward to coming back!

I had a crown come off at 7:15 pm . I have always had anxiety to the max about dentists did not have one So called “Dr. Painless” (had seen their television commercials)expecting an answering machine but much to my surprise it was Dr. himself. He asked me history and about me and said “how about you come in tomorrow at 8:30. Best call I made . Dr. made sure my anxiety was in check with gas and headphones listening to my favorite music and reapplied the crown. No more do I say I don’t like dentists ! And now I have the best one.

Land o’Lakes is very fortunate to have such a quality dental clinic. I developed a progressive toothache while vacationing at Lando from SE Wisconsin. They were able to get me in the same day. The clinic is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful. Dr Laura’s exam was thorough and her diagnosis and treatment plan was spot on. Overall, a most pleasant experience.

I came in as an emergency patient and they took extraordinary care of me including staying open late. As I have no dental insurance and have a lot of cavities, etc. they said they'd be willing to work with me with payments as my mouth is such a mess. They are honestly caring people who have no agenda.
I felt completely relaxed and comfortable which I certainly can not say about prior dentists I've been to.

I asked them if they were covered through my insurance and they said yes. I arrived, they cleaned my teeth and then charged me $300. They waited until they already provided a service before charging me and telling me it wasn't covered by my insurance. I feel swindled. It was a cheap tactic to get my money

"Painless" Pete Schindelholz is the finest dentist I've had the pleasure of knowing in my 69 years. He's efficient and highly talented in what he does and his entire staff in the dental clinic mirrors his caring attitude. I've had some fairly extensive work done by him during this year and I am thrilled to have had his hands guiding my dental care. These folks are wonderful!!

I am dental phobic. I saw Dr. Painless on an emergency basis and the entire office went out of their way at all hours of the day and night to fix my issue. I felt so comfortable that even though we live in Chicago this is our new dental office.

Some people will see Painless on the sign and say yeah right! However you will never fell any pain in this dental office!
