Associated Dentists

I can't say enough about Associated Dentists. Sue, my hygienist, was very attentive to my need for quick x-rays (gag reflex) and her cleaning and inspection was thorough and pain free! She was great. Dr. Bowen is also fantastic. She listened to my concerns, explained options and let me make the appropriate choice for my needs.

I started seeing Dr. Grimm and his team about two years ago. From the beginning it was clear he was the right dentist for me. It is because he is professional and kind. He explains procedures with great detail so that I understand. He answers all my questions with patience.
One time, I had a tooth break which was very scary for me. Dr. Grimm was able to see me right away. I was so anxious when I arrived at his clinic. He helped put me at ease immediately with his calm approach. He explained what he was able to do for the tooth and while he was working on it, he let me know exactly what he was doing and how it was all working out. This is one of my favorite things about him. His ability to communicate clearly and with such detail. This always helps me relax and feel safe in his care. In addition, he is a perfectionist when it comes to working on teeth. Always so thorough, paying attention to all the details until everything thing is just right.
Dr. Grimm is by far the most competent dentist I have ever had, and I highly recommend him.

My husband was able to get in the same day for a tooth extraction. At an oral surgery center he would have had to wait 4 weeks and he was in extreme pain from a cracked tooth. Everyone at Associated Dentists were so nice! Especially Rachel, Alex and mostly Dr. Miller! We will be switching to Associated Dentists for all of our future oral care!

My experience was excellent - which is saying a lot for a visit including a root canal. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and the experience was surprisingly painless as a result. Definitely recommend!

I had five small to medium cavities filled by McCallum three years ago, and as of now they have ALL resulted in root canals. The final filling was so poorly done it even separated from the tooth and allowed more decay behind it. By the time my current dentist found it, it was already at the root. One of the infections was so bad that it seeped into a previously healthy tooth and caused it to become infected too. Now I have to get one of them extracted and an implant...another $10K after at least $10K from all the work before.

By comparison, my new dentists Drs Byce and Worman have not only beautifully cleaned up the mess, but have also successfully filled seven more cavities, and guess what? All those have been just fine. Need I say more?

Definitely has gone down hill since the last few years, its a shame. Staff is rude and impatient. Not very informative. Hygienist cancels. There are at least 3 other dentists in the area. The ones by Hillsdale mall are pretty straight forward and kind I wouldn't choose here as a long term family dentist.(edit) Domenic is my preferred name. I have contacted the owner about this disappointing experience in the past, they do not care.

Associated Dentists is a fantastic place to fulfill your dental needs. I cannot emphasize enough my positive experience with Kelly. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly patient when answering your questions or concerns. Highly recommend scheduling your next appointment at the West Madison location.

Don’t go to Dr Grimm ! Damaged my teeth and took no responsibility! Front implant… $ 25,000 damage to my adjoining teeth . I had several appointments complaining of pressure starting a few months after implant was placed . Dr Grimm stated Normal ! I made a appointment again as I noticed my implant tooth was shortening ! Dr Grimm offered to grind my teeth?
I made appointments with for 2nd and 3rd opinion and discovered Dr Grimm shouldn’t have ever put one implant in front ! I should’ve had a bridge ! Now adjoining teeth are crooked ! I have excellent dental insurance this is still going to cost 💲 , pain and time ! I would sue Dr Grimm , not worth my time! Dr Grimm should have consulted with another Dentist and given solutions as to why implant is crooked and fixed! Instead of his behavior! If I can help one person from going through what I have ! This review is worth it ! I very seldom review anyone!
I pray this never happens to anybody!
I will be smiling again !

I've been going to Dr. Miller and his team at Associated Dentists for my preventative care for 3 years. I have always had a positive experience. I've received thorough cleanings with a gentle touch (Bronte is amazing!) plus they are always on top of when I need Xrays. Highly recommend!

Dr. Grimm and his assistant Kara were incredibly kind, gentle, and professional. I will highly recommend him and his team to anyone needing dental care. They took extra time and care in explaining each step along the way and what the next steps were.
