Client service has gone way below standards....people are super lazy.... wouldn't even look up my insurance. Cleaning booked out until March? I had to cancel an appt in 2023 because of possible COVID and they wanted to charge me $50???? I will find another dentist.

First saw Dr. Stepanenkov when I needed an emergency crown done last November and have since been back for regular cleaning and another needed crown. Extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the staff.
Very nice people and best of all, it didn't feel like a dental mill - they took the time to do the job correctly. Plus, they have all the latest technology at their disposal.

Have you ever had serious dental problems? If so, consider the kind and gentle people at Radiant Smile Dentistry. They will help you get your smile back to normal. My two front incisors have been knocked out twice, once with a snow ski and once in a bicycle accident. Needless to say, my smile was a mess! During my last dental emergency, I turned to Radiant Smile Dentistry where Dr. Edward Stepanenkov and his staff know how to treat damaged roots, damaged teeth, and a damaged self-image. They are wonderful handling more basic dental procedures as well. Their fees are reasonable, and they accept many insurers.

My experience at Radiant Smile Dentistry was very good!
They were always in such a good mood, I felt like they were happy to see me every time I went in.
I had two crowns put in. They explained things very well and helped me with getting care credit! Also, free of charge they shaved down a tooth that had been looking funny for a long time. It looks so much better. I smile now, without feeling self conscious about it. I can also eat on the right side of my mouth again!
I'm very glad I went to Radiant Smile, I would recommend them to anyone.

Radiant Smile Dentistry on Cottage Grove Road is as good as it gets. Since this practice operates with a single dentist you get to see the same dentist each time which is important to me. Stay away! This dentist told me I had five cavities, when I’ve never had a cavity in my life. I took my x-ray to another dentist (Stacey Dental) who said he couldn’t even see a hint of a cavity forming in the x-ray taken at Radiant Smile. Five years later, I still have no cavities. This dentist is just out to make money by doing completely unnecessary work. He’s really hurt my trust in the dental professional.

First off, let me begin by saying I never write reviews. But after my experience with Dr. Stepanenkov, I felt like it would be the right thing to do.
Dr.Stepanenkov is the BEST dentist. I dislike going to the dentist but his staff and him make it a very friendly environment. I was greeted by a his friendly staff and felt very comfortable the entire time. I originally just planned to just get my teeth cleaned and ignore the other dental work that had to be done, but because I had an excellent experience I went back to get all my fillings done. I hate syringes and all the numbing process with needles but everything was PAIN FREE. I didn't feel the needle or any drilling. If you're looking for a GREAT dentist Dr. Stepanenkov would be the one.
P.S. His staff speaks Spanish/Russian.

This place was the best dentist that I have ever been to. I have bad phobia when it comes to dental places bcuz of the bad experiences I have endured but not here. First the staff made me feel like family, the doctor did an amazing job and not once did I feel any pain.
