When I go to excel dental, it is always clean inside, with people at the front desk greeting and quickly checking me in. The wait time to get into a dentist chair and and have a dental assistant start getting information and preparing has been speedy as well. From there, the dentist quickly and precisely does her work. I’ve been going there for two years now, and haven’t had an issue yet.

After 2 days of looking for an emergency dental office to assess a broken wisdom tooth that became painful this was the only place that at least took me in to check it out and tell me what was wrong the very next day. I literally went in, got checked over, got my tooth pulled and left with an excuse in less than 25 minutes and the whole procedure was gentle and smooth thanks to the dentist. I'm just glad it didn't hurt anywhere near as much as people say it does.

Not a positive experience. Not negative necessarily. They get a C average from me. Despite that they did address all the questions I asked, I didn't feel well listened to or heard. I was treated like a number, not an individual. I didn't feel they did a thorough job with my initial cleaning. The whole appointment felt rushed to me, like the fast food of dentistry. When addressing my TMJ I was told to get Botox injections, and when I told them my plan to see a Physical Therapist my comment was more or less ignored. They offered limited solutions for me. The staff were nice and professional, but I will not be going back here.
