The staff is always extremely friendly and welcoming whenever I am there. In addition, everyone is knowledgeable and resourceful when it came to helping me figure out my insurance. The facilities are clean and well kept and comfortable. Every appointment has always on time and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for the Doctor or hygienist. Dr Rau is easy to schedule an appointment with and ensures that you are comfortable with every procedure and takes the time to explain procedures and answer any questions you may have. Dr. Rau and the rest of his staff are awesome. I have no worries when going into the dentist or dental hygienist. It so easy since I work downtown right down the street but they also validate parking so don't let that stop you. The staff is courteous and kind and it is always a pleasant experience. They also offer so many other great things like teeth whitening. They keep my teeth looking and feeling fantastic!
