My family just finished up our new patient appointment & everyone was super nice & very professional. Chuck & Sam did a great job with my children. The receptionist Caprice was so helpful. Dr. Baik explained things to all of us in very clear direct language that was easy for my children to grasp. I definitely recommend this office for dental needs.

This is a wonderful dentist office, all of the staff are professional and friendly. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes in the lobby for my appointment (which I was able to get fairly quickly). I had the best teeth cleaning of my life here, my mouth felt good after leaving. The dentist is good. Really good. And the hygenists know what they are doing. I had 2 fillings today and they are really well done. I was in and out in a reasonable time. The facility is clean and tidy, and they really treat clients well. I highly recommend this dentist office.

I was referred to this place by my sister. I called to see if they were accepting new patients. The gentleman who answered the phone was very polite and got my daughter right in. Less than a week. When we went, staff was very friendly, place was clean, and my daughter had a great experience. Also like that they give free frosty coupons to kids who have no cavities. Definitely will be sticking with this place.

I've never had to wait long, the guy that answers the phone and at the front desk has always been very respectful and polite and the dentist and staff are very nice and they explain everything as they go . They are very friendly and I would recommend this dentist office.

I had a terrible experience here. The hygienist was rough and careless while cleaning my teeth. I really believe it was purposely. He also tried to push more services for me to pay for that were not necessary needed and told me to make an appointment on the way out. I will never go back there again.

I was recommended by my sister, but after an bad experience with an prior dentist office, I wanted to see first hand. I went along with my niece, who had a dental appointment at Vineyard and was extremely satisfied with the professionalism, and patience of the staff members. I can now testify, this is the by far the best experience I have personally had at any dental office. The diagnose of a root canal by the prior dental office turned out to be a cavity that needs to be filled. I would recommend Bic (dental hygienist), who is very thorough. As well they caught a cysts within my gums that the prior dental office missed. Thank you, as I feel confident in that I am receiving the best services possible.
