This place is wonderful, and I say that as a person who has a long-standing fear of dentists going back to my childhood. All of the staff are wonderful, kind, and patient. They are truly professional and welcoming. All of my family goes here and loves them.

I had x-rays, cleaning and exam and needed a filling and crown. I had made the appointments, then sold my home and moved 3 hours away. I asked for all my records to be forwarded to the new Dentist. The Xrays were sent but they refused to give out notes from the dentist on my record. I myself called, they said they would send, then refused to forward. The office acted like it was not in my rights to ask for the notes.

Graf Family Dentistry is by far the best dental experience I have ever had. They have cared for our entire family. The Staff is wonderful and friendly. I hate getting my teeth scrapped, but they have always made feel comfortable and were gentle. The way they work with my kids is amazing! My kids actually love going to the Dentist. From my regular cleanings to having work done :( the staff goes above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable and cared for. There is a special personal touch from each staff member calling you by name and taking a genuine interest in knowing who you are and how best to support your care. Today was my first visit. I can get a little anxious when I go to the dentist, but Holly and Dr (Mrs) Graf were so nice and I felt at ease almost immediately. They were not judgmental about how you do or don't take care of your teeth (i.e., flossing). Also, they were right on time, and the office was spotless! Probably the best experience I've had at a dentist's office!

Dr. Tom did two root canals and each one was perfect. I felt no pain whatsoever and he and his assistant were very efficient. Their conversations during the procedure were funny which made me very relaxed. Dr. Michelle filled several cavities and again, I felt very relaxed during the procedure. The staff is very friendly and competent. Visiting a dentist is not one of the most pleasant things in life but the entire staff do make it relaxing.

I have been a patient of Dr. Graf for over 10 years. From the very first appointment I felt comfortable with him and his staff. I have had some extensive dental work done by Dr. Tom. There were times I didn't think I could do what needed to be done but with his reassurance, compassion and understanding I was able to complete all the work that needed to be done. Recently I had more work done which took about 5 weeks. Again I was treated with kindness, compassion and understanding. They went above and beyond my expectations. The work is complete and I am smiling proudly. I want to thank Dr. Tom for all his understanding and Jenny for doing what you did to bring the cost down and I can not forget Debbie. Thank you for putting up with my emotional phone calls and all the pre estimates you did with the insurance to make this all happen.
