This is just a dentist, nothing special. Work done was good enough. I lost 12 hrs of holiday pay because they didn't let me know they were not showing up day before Christmas eve. Then I don't get a call back till the Tuesday after. No apology. If you are looking for a dentist office look no further, for anything more don't rely on the good and service they offer because it might not be there when you show up.

WOW is all i can say. From the 1st time i walked in the front door. Everybody is so friendly. Met with the Office Manager she was awesome explaining everything to me. Set up 2 appointments. And they called me to move my appt up to get me in sooner. Dr was amazing. Its my new go to place for my Dental needs..

Deceptive...buyer beware. I asked them to give me the cost for my fillings and they pulled up my insurance and broke down the costs. I saved up for the exact amount I needed, paid it at the time of service and was hit with a $70 bill weeks later. They said, "Oh, that was just an ESTIMATE, you need to contact your insurance provider for the exact cost". This was NOT explained to me and the receptionist said that there was a disclaimer on the estimate they printed out that states this. At NO point did they verbally tell me that the breakdown of costs was simply a ballpark estimate and that I would need to contact my insurance provider directly to get the costs...I took them at their word based on the numbers they showed me on the screen without thinking that they may not be being fully transparent about the fact that they were just "ballpark" numbers.
Highly disappointed in their shady tactics and making me feel as if it was MY fault for not knowing to call my insurance provider when they never explained this to me when I asked for the EXACT costs and trusted the numbers they showed me on the screen and verbally told me.

Dr. Anderson is knowledgeable, thorough, calm and gentle. I’ve been to three different dental offices in the area, but Midwest and Dr. Anderson have been the best. Wish I would’ve known sooner.🙂

I had a broken tooth, Doctor Anderson took care if the repair very quickly, and I was very pleased and the whole visit was pain free. A super gentle dentist and does great work.

Hated going to the dentist before coming here. All the staff is wonderful. Treat you with kindness and respect and listen to you. Give you advice but no lecture. The staff I usually see, are more like friends I'm hanging out with we get along so well! And the job they do on my teeth is fantastic!

They are very non judgmental here and that’s something that I appreciate. Other dentist I’ve gone too have shamed me for the condition my teeth are in because of my Depression and mental health issues. Every time I come here I’m treated very kindly and greeted with a smile and the staff are always super friendly! I’m already more than halfway in getting all my work done and looking forward to getting more work done so I can finally get the smile I’ve deserved for so long. Thank you guys!

❤ I needed 2 teeth fixed before I could have heart surgery. My dentist retired and no dentist was willing to help me right away. They were so nice getting it scheduled within days and Dr Anderson fixed everything at my first appt. They cared and found a way. I can't tell you how much that meant to me and my family.
