Dr's Liesen, Pinzl and Kessinger have done a ton to make my life better. Understanding things I am doing during sleep, concerning the wear on my teeth were ENLIGHTENING and to the point. Not only do they explain the WHY the situation is, but, they further explain the HOW the situation is REMEDIED. Liesen Pinzl Kessinger Dental is really your one stop shop, I love how Crowns, Implants are offered in house. They now also have their own DENTAL INSURANCE, which is REFRESHING. I love all of the SKIN CARE options that are now available. I love the Dental Assistants and the ladies at the front desk, who always have the ability to make even bad news, more TOLERABLE and the day BRIGHTER.

Dr. Pinzl did an incredible job on my bridge! Kindness, generosity, and expertise was exhibited during my whole process! He thoroughly explained everything and made sure I was comfortable and at ease! Mary exhibited the same grace, kindness, thoroughness and expertise! And Patty was very kind and knowledgeable about the payment process! And always wonderful to experience the presence of Vicky and Wendy even though they were busy with other patients!! The office is equipped with advanced technology that makes your appointment more comfortable and quick. Staff are always so friendly and thorough! I am a breastfeeding mom and my needs were accommodated so I could have privacy and be comfortable-- kudos for being a breastfeeding friendly business! Very happy with my appointment.

Doing a crown prep, half way done they tell me I need a root canal, or pull the tooth. Ok, just pull the tooth, which they did. Insurance payment came back "above usual and customary charge" and payed only a portion of the bill.
Next phase, was having trouble with the tooth, not being able to afford their high bill, we went to another dentist. Upon X-raying it, Panzl's had left the roots behind. so in effect I had the same tooth pulled twice.
Upon complaining we get the big runaround, prove it! So now we have to bring them the before and after X-rays and all the documentation.
