I’ve been coming here for years and am so thankful to be in the hands of such a great team! They do everything in their power to make sure you are relaxed and comfortable and understand your plan of care. Dr. Glaser treats you how he would his own family :)

I share my discontent with Dr. Glazers practice of “punishing by disassociation” patients that have missed appointments. As a priest and chaplain I am diligent with my appointments, however, during the course of any given day I am required to attend to others pastoral needs without notice therefore putting others needs before my own. Unfortunately, Dr Glaser shows a very low tolerance for others. I am happy to have found a new provider. The staff is unable to forward me my records or have copies for pick up? ?
According to American Dental Association of Wisconsin patient have the right to review, inspect, request, and obtain a copy of their records including radiographs.

Dr. Glaser is AWESOME! Every procedure I’ve had done has been comfortable, relaxed and literally painless. He asks how you are doing throughout the appointment to ensure you are ok. I used to dread dentist appointments, but now they are worry-free. His staff are friendly; they are helpful and smart when it comes to insurance questions.

My experience with Glacer Dental has always been positive. The staff go over and above to accommodate their patients, the new technology saves time and money for the patients. I have been a patient with Dr. Glacer since his practice started and have referred several family and friends.

I have been going to Glaser Dental for about 4 years now and I can honestly say, I have a wonderful experience each and every time. From the time you walk in the door to the time you leave, the customer service is exceptional. The receptionists greet you with a smile and genuine kindness. My hygienist Denise is super knowledgeable and gives recommendations throughout the cleaning. She is extremely friendly and you can tell that she takes great pride in her profession. Dr. Glaser is always nice and seems to have a great relationship with all of the employees I have seen him come into contact with. All in all, a great experience every time!

Dr Tyler and Melissa are amazing! They always listen to any concern I may have and ensure it is addressed. The entire office staff makes you feel welcomed and cared about. I recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

I had a great experience at Glaser dental. Dr Glaser, and all the staff, are warm and welcoming. Dr Glaser and my hygienist informed me of all the procedures they were performing every step of the way. Additionally, scheduling my appointment was a breeze, and so was check in on the day of my appointment. Overall, I will continue to go to Glaser dental for all my dental needs.

When I first moved to Wausau, I had no idea which dentist I should see. I'm so glad I chose Glaser Dental. Every single appointment is a very pleasant experience. The office sends me a reminder text and reminder email to make sure I don't miss my appointment. Its a much more modern way of doing things than your typical call. In fact "modern" is a good way of describing everything about Glaser Dental.
The waiting room is so beautiful. Full of natural light, has free beverages and entertainment.
All the ladies at the front desk are so polite, helpful, fun and easy to work with. They always answer all my questions in full about pricing and insurance.
The entire office is very clean, and more of a relaxing experience rather than your typical scary and painful dentist appointment.
All the hygienists and Dr. Glaser call me by my first name and do an incredible job. I always feel like they genuinely care about me as person rather than just another patient.
If I've had anything more than a cleaning done, they give me a courtesy call to make sure my soreness is minimal, and make sure I don't have any questions.
