I have not seen a dentist in several years, because, life! I scheduled an appointment here and was seen yesterday. I felt very welcome and comfortable from the moment I walked in. The staff is great. They are knowledgeable, professional and make you feel important ! I definitely recommend them to anyone seeking a new dental provider. I was extremely pleased with my care and know my follow up care will be a great experience as well.

I had a cleaning and a filling today. Dr. Stevens is excellent and so is her staff. She explains what she is going to do and is vey gentle. She is so nice and friendly. She makes sure that you are comfortable and follows up with you the day after too to make sure everything is going well! I wish I could see her more often than every 6 months!

Was having issues and started making calls, shawano family senators was the most kind, had an opening and got me in within 20 minutes of calling thankfully. I was nervous and the nice gal reassured me all is okay and nothing to be ashamed of. Easy for all to, needed and half emergent root canal and they got me into a specialist the same day in Green Bay. Made future appointments and I’m happy to say I have found my dentist as long as I live in the area!

I had an appointment for a general cleaning, X-ray and checkup on 12/19/22. I generally do this every six months, but through the times of COVID-19, got backed up a bit. I was given a very thorough cleaning that took nearly an hour. A couple of minor cosmetic issues were found on two of my front teeth and they were very accommodating in getting both of those repaired. I could not be any happier with the services that they provided and especially appreciated all of their smiling faces.

Dr. Stevens and the staff at Shawano Family Dentistry are wonderful! I had a procedure done today and Dr. Stevens made sure to check, several times, that I was comfortable and did an amazing job. She explained that she treats and takes the time on her patients in way that she would want to be treated. That showed today! I make a 40 minute drive to this office and will continue to be a patient of Dr. Stevens! Highly recommend seeing Dr. Stevens!

Dr. Stevens and her assistant were fantastic with my son today. He needed to have a procedure done and was not looking forward to it. He has ADHD and anxiety so these visits are never easy. Dr. Stevens was very patient with him. She answered all his questions and made him feel comfortable. Both Dr. Stevens and her assistant told my son how well he was doing throughout the procedure. It was a great experience today because of them!

Dr. Stevens was AWESOME. She was very gentle and talkative when I was getting work done on my teeth. She is very kind and was always checking on me to see how I was doing. I will definitely be going back to her and the wonderful staff at Shawano Family Dentistry.
