There is a good reason why Prairie Lakes Dental is a five star clinic, their staff. Every interchange with these folks gets a five star rank from me, including; telephone/receptionist, hygienist, dental assistants, accounting/billing and dentists. I came to PLD as a result of an accident that required the extraction of two upper, front teeth, bone grafting, implants, porcelain/ceramic crowns and capping a chipped tooth. Dr. Adam was the right person at the right time. The great thing about this clinic is they have the expertise to provide all the required services in their clinic with their staff. The results, perfect match in color and shape. Their pain management is the best. I recommend these folks without reservation.

Absolutely awful & disrespectful service. The dentists do not care whatsoever about their patients; it's all money-driven as they push unnecessary services to inflate their bottom line. It's evident there isn't a cohesive team in place here but more of tyrannical establishment that's run by instilling fear and confusion from the top down. Moreover, their systematic monetary incentivizing of leaving a 5-star review (to people that have never even been a patient, i.e. to friends and family members of staff) to inflate their Google rating is downright fraudulent and misleading.
Do yourself a favor and absolutely do your due diligence before taking your business here.
