My first appointment with Bulls Falls was last week and they were awesome! They were friendly, they showed me around the office, introduced me to everyone, and gave me lots of information on things I can do to take better care of my teeth. This was my first time going here and let me tell ya.First off the staff welcomes you when you walk in and you don't always see this. The feel of the office is laid back. If you are parent the waiting area is very nice if you'd want a water, coffee or, little snack while you wait. One of the nicest of not dental experience I've ever had THANK YOU!

I have a legit fear of the dentist, always have, and most likely always will. Tammy has been my hygienist for years and I will only take available appointments if she is going to see me. As much as the staff, including Dr Freyer, like to joke with me about my fear, they also take it very seriously. They make sure I’m comfortable, they take their time, they know me as a person not as a number walking through their door. I am thankful for their care, and I trust that anyone who chooses Bill Falls Dental will feel the same.

I haven't been to the dentist in years of issues with my last dentist, and I was trying to find a new dentist as well for my kids since my son had problems where he was last. so we came in and everybody there was just awesome super friendly, my kids are happy, I'm happy- everybody there takes such good care of you and they actually care about you. they make sure you fully understand everything that's going on. Excellent experience at Bull Falls Dental. I hadn't been to a dentist in a few years, but the staff are all kind and welcoming. Got in for a few x-rays and a cleaning on Wednesday and was able to get in the next day for a wisdom tooth extraction. It was a quick and painless procedure, and I couldn't be more grateful for the team at Bull Falls.

I contacted the office on a Monday and was able to get my son in right away the next morning as he lives 3 hours away.
They were extremely friendly and informative and removed the wisdom tooth for him.
A few days after he came back home with pain and I was concerned about a dry socket so I called the office and left a message on a Saturday night and Dr Freyer returned the call soon after. He gave up his time on a Sunday to meet my son at the office to check it.
I give way more than 5 stars for this group as they helped us in an extremely stressful situation. Completely recommend Bull Falls Dental.
