Yesterday was my second visit at this wonderful dental office. I have personally worked in the dental field for many years in the Wausau area and Wausau Family Dental has everything a great dental office should have, #1. Experienced dentists and their assistants that truly care about their patients and don’t rush through the dental exam.The dentists are detailed, go over and above to make you feel comfortable and don’t push services or products. #2 Amazing hygienists who make your dental prophylaxis comfortable, timely but not rushed with care and professionalism. #3 The office equipment and systems used are streamlined and well thought out to assist the patient as well as the staff. **Big plus ,the office is well designed, very clean and organized!

The front office staff are knowledgeable, confident, super friendly and make your visit streamlined that you get all you need to make an informed decision about your dental care and work with your insurance in a timely manor.
I was mostly impressed that my 89 year old mother was also impressed with her visit as the staff made her feel so welcome as a new patient and she reported she had a “Wonderful time with the sweet kids “that helped her the day of her visit and reminded her of her appointment . Thank you all for making us feel welcome and we look forward to our next visits!
