I have always been nervous to go to the dentist, but the staff here made me feel very comfortable. They are extremely kind and professional, helping explain things and answer all my questions. Dr. French is phenomenal and I am impressed with his proficiency and kindness to anxious patience such as myself. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially those who get anxious visiting the dentist.

I love this dental office. Great administrative staff in the front, wonderful hygienists, and Dr. Fiona is incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and kind. When I lost my dental insurance, I was able to switch to their in house insurance plan, so I could continue seeing them for dental care.

This was my first time at Wauwatosa Family Dental. Change it always hard but I was made to feel very welcome. My hygienist was wonderful! My teeth felt clean coming out but my mouth did not hardly hurt at all.

Laying flat on my back during the water jet cleaning was Very unpleasant. It felt like water boarding. Laying flat on your back, the water goes to the lowest point, your throat! I'm sure access to a patients mouth is easier than 3/4 reclining, but dentist having been cleaning teeth effectively for a hundred years that way. Patient comfort needs to be considered. Most people may not complain, but talking to other people in my office about the procedure, they agreed it is very unpleasant!

Dr. Kwok is great! She has an educational approach to dentistry that has helped improve my dental health. She communicates in layperson terms, not medical jargon, so her patients can fully understand whatever their dental issues are. She is friendly and outgoing, showing a true interest in her patients and their wellbeing.

Barb, my hygienist, is also great. She makes her patients feel relaxed and she provides excellent feedback on what she is seeing as she performs her work, so you are not left guessing. She also engages in friendly dialogue and shows interests in her patients.

Let’s face it, nobody wants to go to the dentist! But when you do have to go, the team of Dr. Kwok and Barb makes the trip to the dentist more enjoyable!

All I can say is that this place is excellent. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the friendly receptionists, to the experienced hygienists, to the nice (and most importantly, smart) dentists, I can’t recommend this place enough.

They have done a great job of making my kids’ experiences at the dentist (even teeth pulling) positive. They are personable and professional, and I highly recommend this practice!

I was given an appointment ‘as soon as you can get here’ because I thought I might have an abscess. I saw Dr Morgan and Monica. Monica knew which x-rays I’d need, took them efficiently, and then called the doctor in. Dr told me to call him over the weekend if my symptoms got worse, but that he didn’t see any signs of an abscess. He said he’d call me on Monday to check-in if I didn’t call over the weekend.

Best experience at a dental office in my entire life!! Everyone was so kind, thoughtful, professional, and did an excellent job of making me feel comfortable, answering insurance questions, and providing expert options for dental wellness in the short-term and long-term. I highly recommend them!!
