Very friendly staff. Got my boyfriend in quickly for an emergency appointment on a Saturday morning. Only reason for 4/5 stars being that we were hoping for an extraction to relieve the tooth pain, but office insisted on saving the tooth and seeing an Endodontist. Otherwise very nice and answered all questions.

My teenage daughter needed a fake tooth fixed after leaving her orthodontist in tear. The schedulers were understanding & got her in right away. The dentist was patient & really listened to exactly what my daughter wanted before starting. He took his time & got it just right. No tears! We are sooo grateful to have found this dentist!

After calling to confirm that we could come in for an emergency tooth extraction, we scheduled an appointment for today. The lady on the phone asked what type of insurance we had and after telling her, she proceeded to say “Okay. Bring the card in for your appointment”. Standard procedure, great. We get to the appointment and are told that our insurance (state) isn’t accepted and turned away with a list of providers that do. Instead of being told that over the phone, we were led to believe everything was fine and now we are left to deal with an already decaying and painful tooth with no sign of immediate relief. 0/10. Thanks for nothing.

Although I was recommended by my fiancé I had already been impressed by coming with her to her appointments the Dr and the three young ladies that attended me were all courteous and caring I look forward to seeing them again 👍

I had made an emergency appointment here due to not being able to get into my normal dentist in a timely manner. When I came in things started out fine with the paperwork and xrays. They proceeded to take my blood pressure which I've never had done at a dentist and not sure why it's relevant. I finally had a dr look at my tooth and he said it'll most likely need to be broken into pieces to be removed and he doesn't have time to do it that day. I wait 20 minutes for someone to come back to schedule me and she says we can extract today and it'll be $84. I have insurance that covers extractions and the dentist told me he had no time that day so I'm confused and mad at that point. I just left and called my regular dentist and managed to get me in the next day and got the tooth out without breaking it. My insurance wound up covering it and I owed nothing. Don't waste your time with Aspen
