Fantastic new patient visit. All staff are friendly and helpful. Felt like I have been receiving treatment for years, even though this was my first time here. Brianna was wonderful she explained how things will handled. Felt comfortable with here and Dr. Patel. Recommend this facility to all who are looking for a dentist in the area. I am so grateful that I was recommended Oakbrook Dental. As someone who had a pretty negative experience at my prior dentist and suffers with dental anxiety, I was pretty nervous to get back on track with any dental services. But from the moment I walked in, I knew this was going to be a night and day experience… and it was! The atmosphere is all around warm and welcoming! From the front desk to actually sitting in the dental chair, I felt comfortable, heard and understood. Dr. Patel, Rachel and the entire team are so knowledgeable in every aspect and explain everything in full detail to make sure you have a full understanding and feel at ease every step of the way. Oakbrook dental has made me a lifetime patient!

It may sound odd but it is always a pleasure. The team at Oakbrook dental always makes me feel important. They are kind, professional and caring. I have had an implant, a filling replaced, a cap replaced, and also the six month check ups and cleaning. I have been so impressed with the work and experience and the technology and the knowledge of every worker there . They are on excellent staff each one has their own job, but they work together as a family and make you feel as if you’re their family. Period very genuine. They are very thorough on explaining the work that will be done and also the cost and insurance info. I have never been misled with any of my visits. Words really cannot express how very comfortable and great I feel about having a Oakbrook Dental as my dentist and with all of the dentistry work I had done I have never experienced any pain. I would recommend this place to everyone and if who is not going, they are really missing out.

I've never interacted with 5 different individuals at a clinic that were all so equally kind and friendly. I don't know what they are putting in the water over at Oakbrook Dental in West Bend but these are some fantastic providers: gentle, sweet and wicked smart. The office staff are also compassionate, thorough and welcoming. Kudos! As a small business owner, I'm impressed. As a sales and marketing professional, I'm in awe. And, as a patient I am going to be very loyal.

Amazing professional service, always looking out for you in any way possible. Will go the extra mile for you in scheduling. Always cordial, amiable, and loquacious. Make sure you have Brianna as a hygienist. She will accommodate you & work with you in any way. Melissa & Kayla are by far the best going above & beyond their job duties to help you. I am extremely grateful I have found an amazing dental office such as this, I have referred two people so far.

Oakbrook was the one and only place I felt comfortable enough booking my wisdom teeth removal surgery. The atmosphere and the staff are always welcoming, professional, and calming. Stephanie assisted with my procedure and was so kind and knowledgeable! Both Dr. Hollo and Dr. Patel are great at what they do and at generating an efficient and calming experience.

We had our first visit this week and all 4 of my kids ages 9-3 had positive experiences. All the staff had good communication to work together to care for us from the front desk to the opp. They really cleaned my youngest teeth and were thorough in explanations from the Dr and about how we needed to proceed with care. Can't wait to go back.

Oakbrook Dental is the best dentist I have ever been to. It is such a kind environment and it truly feels like family. They truly care about every single person they work with. I will never go to a different dentist again!

The entire staff at Oakbrook was very welcoming! My dental hygienist, Megan, did a fantastic job all while being very personable. I’ve been to a few different dentists over the years and nobody has done a better job than the staff here!
