My family and I have been going to Jacobson dental for a couple of years. The last 3 visits have determined I will no longer recommend them. We live fairly close by, my kids met me there for one of their visits. They started working on my kids before an adult was there. I let that go, I went to have my teeth cleaned and it hurt so bad I was in tears. I had to go back for a cavity to be filled, she started numbing the wrong side of my mouth and the wrong tooth. Had I not said something she would have done a filling in a tooth that didn’t need one. Then this last visit, they broke my daughters permanent retainer, then said they could fix it for $350! She’s not an orthodontist, and they refused to do anything to make it right. So now I have to either go across the state and miss a day of work, where my daughters orthodontist is or pay an orthodontist here to fix what they broke!! Do NOT go here! Find someone else who will do right by their customers and not fill the wrong tooth!! I’d give 0 starts. It’s just not an option!

After not going to a dentist for 20 years due to a bad experience and major anxiety, I had a major toothache that wouldn't go away. I had to break down and see a dentist. After reading some reviews I decided to give Jacobson a try. Jacobson Dental put me at ease. I was nervous, embarrassed my teeth were so bad, scared. Dr. Jacobson and her staff helped me feel relaxed and made me feel like they really cared about getting me on the right track for healthy teeth again.
