My husband and I our new to the area. We needed to establish Ourselves with a dental office. We are thrilled that we found Midwest dental. Our experience with our 1st visits were fabulous. Very professional yet very, very friendly. It was so nice to feel at home. The staff and doctor are very educated. We are in full support and recommend Midwest dental.

After moving and having to find a new dentist, I finally decided on Midwest Dental in Wisconsin Dells. I’m so happy that I made the change. The dentists are kind and gentle. The assistants and hygienists are top notch, and the office staff is always welcoming. I consider this office to be top notch, welcoming, comfortable, and clean. (No, I don’t work there)

Dr. Moss did my dental work earlier this week. He was very professional, gentle, kind & understanding. It was the first time I was actually numbed all the way while seeing the dentist. Honestly, the best dentist appointment I've ever had. He was afordable. I skipped my regularly scheduled dentist to go see him! Absolutely worth it! Go see Dr. Moss!!

It is true that the front desk and front management has poor customer service skills.

After getting a cleaning they told me that I owed more money than what went though for approved insurance. they then threatened me with a collections for $5.

Wow.............what a horrible experience

I made an appointment in July of 2022; arrived 12/20/22 and was told my appointment was cancelled by the practice, due to not "confirming". No confirmation text was sent and when I reviewed the history with the admin there today at 11am no "care" was given. I took off work today just for this appointment and being a manager at McDonalds that's hard to do. The issue is no empathy no compromise, nothing was offered. Just bitter responses from the admin on shift today. Sorry I didn't get her name; however, she was the older of the two. So now I wait till March of 2023. Just cause your "busy" doesn't justify a sarcastic, uncompromising attitude.... especially during the Holidays..... :( Kaity.....................................

It was vary Pleasant at first then i needed a root canal done and dr. Moss did it and mist one so be did it 3 days later and Informed me that I wouldn’t have to pay for it because it was something he missed. Then I found out they charge me $1234 on that oops that was in June 2022 I did an appeal they have been working with the insurance company since it is now October 11, 2022 there is still no result and we are no longer going to be going to him As I don’t trust Midwest dental Dr. Moss and Company as no one is on the same page For anybody that reads us be very aware of this

I was forced to climb a two tier stairway as the handicap parking?? was full with no signs or any vehicle parked there placarded. Then I was forced to struggle down those damn steps I am a disabled vet I have a bad heart and multiple osteo injuries. This treatment was beyond unacceptable. The staff was well aware of my situation and offered nothing but rudeness and mockery. I asked the receptionist how that lot got filled with vehicles that has no placards I was told to park there and knock on the handicapped marked door and I would be let in. I cant park in a full lot. Funny no patients were in the waiting room and yet 6 cars were in the unmarked designated lot as stated by a handicapped sign in the fron of the building. GO ELSEWHERE this place is creepy.

We were visiting the Dells and the amazing staff and dentist at Midwest Dental were able to get us an appointment quickly and relieved our son of his discomfort right away. They were great!

I had my appointment set up for months and since I am a busy business owner I only have select days for appointments. When I showed up for my appointment today I was treated very rudely due to my pregnancy and was told “there’s no point in seeing me for anything.” They apparently only had me set up for X-rays and an exam and I was under the impression I was in for a cleaning as well. I understand if you can’t do x-rays because of me being pregnant but there’s no need to mistreat people and to be rude to them. The staff could’ve calmly and politely explained to me the reasons for not taking me. The receptionist also swore that I never stated I was pregnant when I set up the appointment 3+ months ago when I’m sure I did. Both the receptionist and the hygienist were very rude and I’ve never been treated worse in a professional setting. I will not be using them for my dental needs and I will not be recommending them to anyone.

Horribly expensive if you don’t have insurance. Brought son in because his tooth hurt. We were there ten minutes and they charge $170 to take extra us and then refer him to a different dentist an hour away. This place is a joke and it’s no wonder they are the only dentist in town with openings.
