Ya'll. This is the best place to go. They got us right in. We are from out of town and had a dental emergency. From the first initial person on the phone, you can feel the kindness with everyone. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. The whole team is outstanding.

2nd street dental is amazing! The staff is always friendly and professional. Dr. Miranda is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything throughout the appointment. She is the nicest and most compassionate person I’ve ever met! This whole office does outstanding work! I’ve never had an experience that wasn’t pleasant. The dental assistant I had was really awesome too!

I'm a stay at home mom, I have a 3 year old and a 2 year old. I had an appointment at 11 a.m. I don't exactly have a whole lot of family to help out, so of course I didn't have anyone to watch my girls while I went to my appointment. I started to call to reschedule and I had said maybe I can bring them with so we don't have to reschedule again and one of the techs had agreed and said absolutely they are always welcome to come with. So at first my uncertainty of how this would play out full of nervousness and extreme anxiety they we walked in and was showed where a toy box was and they reassured me that they could stay up front and hangout, knowing my kids I was in full denial that this would go smoothly so I went back to get my teeth worked on a mind you I had a tooth exaction just a few days prior to this appointment which was definitely also a good experience under the circumstances of getting my tooth pulled they were very patient and explained everything as they went a long made sure I was comfortable had massaging chairs, ect. So as I laid in the chair panicking about my girls I was reasured yet once again that they are fine so had a little break inbetween cleaning so I asked one of the other techs to peek on them and she came back with the report of them coloring and watching paw patrol on her computer they were being good and everything was fine. So we continue with the cleaning and had a break waiting for the doctor twho is absolutely so sweet and patient with her clients so I was informed I could go check on them myself so I did and what I walked into was something that literally almost put me into tears my kids were behind the office desk with markers paper and cardboard boxes paw patrol playing on the computer with one of the techs telling me she has two boys at home herself and don't worry everything was fine she explained to me she was allowing them to color and playing with cardboard boxes she folded up for them to play with and was also letting them copy their hands on the copier they girls were happy and content I was absolutely so thankful for how she stopped her actual job to occupy my kids while I finished my appointment I never imagined a doctor's office feeling so welcoming understanding and so helpful. I couldn't thank all you ladies enough for getting me through that appointment so stress free. Truly recommend. Miranda Lexi Taylor Hayley thank you all so much.

Had emergency that I needed done. The receptionist was amazing getting me in so quickly! The dentist here is wonderful! I thought I need two teeth pulled but, once she got in there and looked around she only needed to pull one which saved me $100! The entire staff is awesome and so friendly. For them to get me in the same day I called and save me from all the pain I was going through was such a blessing! I would highly recommend this dentist. I will be making her my regular and taking my kids there from now on!

I just recently switched to 2nd Dental Office, and they were amazing. The staff was super friendly and thorough. They told me everything that was going to be done and how it was going to be done. The equipment is top of the line, and the staff treats you like family and not a number. Dr. Miranda was awesome!!!! I definitely made the right switch, my teeth couldn't be in better hands. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Miranda and her staff are amazing. They are friendly and knowledgeable, and my 4 year old LOVES to go to the dentist because Dr. Miranda and staff have created a really great atmosphere. 2nd Street Dental is the perfect place to take your family. My husband, son, and myself are all patients, and I can't imagine a better place to take my family.

Dr. Miranda Haefle is amazing. Our entire family goes to her for our dental work. When we went for the first time, she was sure to explain to us every step she was doing (being that it was a dentist you could not watch what she was doing :)). Even our 1 year old daughter was not "frightened" by what was happening because Dr. Miranda made it entertaining for her. Both my husband and I needed fillings (that our previous dentist did not see, as we do our regular 6 month check ups), and after leaving the office, we hardly had any side effects from the procedures! We would highly recommend Dr. Miranda and her staff for any of your dental needs.

We moved to Casper a few months ago and were nervous about finding the right dentist for our family. After having a less than desirable experience at another local dentist, we decided to try 2nd Street Dental. I am so grateful we found them!! Dr. Miranda is very sweet and gentle, but also very knowledgeable and thorough! Her staff is equally wonderful! The dental hygienist, Mona, gave me the most meticulous teeth cleaning I have ever had. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Oh, and did I mention, they have massaging chairs? What a nice touch!

The most amazing dentist for children, and adults, especially those who have high anxiety &/or fear of dental work/dentists! I highly recommend them for their ability to do fillings on children WITH OUT shots (dependant on severity of dental issues, of course) My son (age 6-7yrs at the time) didn't even notice the drill used for filling he got even though he has incredibly sensitive teeth due to severe bruxism(grinding). They've always made sure as their patients, we are comfortable during procedures & happy with their results. Awesome team work! Make you feel very welcome and at ease in office and happily answer your questions to the best of their ability, staff has great fun-loving personalities, great sense of humor, always make you feel as though they are happy to have you and give you their time, not rushed through to get through patients like so many other medical staff do. I could not be happier with a dentist for my child and have also been a patient myself( and I'm TERRIFIED of dentist appointments lol). Only dentist office I've ever taken my preteen son to, back when he first got teeth!

Everyone here was so nice! I had to have a tooth extracted (a very unpleasant experience), but they did their best to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Additionally, Dr. Miranda was very informative and did a great job of explaining the problem to me. I usually hate the dentist, but she made it bearable. I highly recommend this place!
