East Pershing Dental

They are super efficient and friendly! But, we couldn’t get my insurance figured out before my cleaning. Totally my fault. I was self pay for my cleaning and a filling I needed. They told me to call when I got insurance figured out. I got it figured out, I called and they said they would backdate. I just needed to send a photo of my insurance card front and back. I did this, I did not hear anything back so I emailed again with the photo rd and a follow up email. I have not heard anything back from them after calling and emailing. There has been no backdating. I was very impressed at first but I am not sure if I will be going back after all of this.

Best experience ever. The staff is amazing they know how to make you feel comfortable and explain everything. I could not be more greatful with everyone and cannot express how great this dentist office is the know true hospitality

Today was my first time going to East Pershing Dental. All staff are friendly and my visit was quick and to the point not much of a wait. All staff is knowledgeable in their fields from the receptionist to the dental assistant and the dentist. They all listen to what you are experiencing. I would definitely recommend them.

Like a lot of people, I hate going to the dentist. However, East Pershing made my visit as pleasant as they could. The Dr. made everything quick and as painless as he could. The ladies up front were wonderfully nice!

From the ease of the appointment scheduling, and the nimble nature of the a comprehensive corrective action plan , East Pershing Dental is definitely MY FAVORITE place to receive pain , just kidding… they are super friendly and are professional in every way !!

Prompts to the everyone- and the leadership that built the team and does what they do to retain them !!

After dealing with the Fake people at Espire who have a pretend level of care for the patient I found this place and I am so grateful that I did. East Pershing is a great place and the service provided was top notch without all the pretend nonsense. I enjoy genuine people. Espire can keep their fancy office. I'm never going back..
Update : Natalie the hygienist did an excellent job probably one of the two best cleanings I have ever had in my life and Brenda at the front desk helped ne tremendously she is very sweet. The other woman at the desk was helpful and friendly as well. I look forward Lord willing to coming back for future visits.

These folks care about service and you. They're fast, efficient on time and very pleasant. I've seen my share of dentist these professionals set a high standard.

Dentistry is fine.
Billing needs to be more clear and organized.
I always pay my bill, so I don't really appreciate being made out to be a deadbeat when the bill changes 3 times in between one appointment.
Just tell me what I need to pay and I'll pay it.
Tired of being hit with huge surprise bills at the last minute.

I have received excellent treatment from Dr. Zack Christopherson.
Due to many bad experiences with dentists in the past, it was a relief to find a dentist I can have full confidence in.
Highly recommended.
