Both I & my wife have enjoyed & valued the service we have received over years from Alpine dentistry. Dr. Tyler Bergien is a conservative dentist, one who does NOT push procedures, ones that may not be needed. I have experienced the alternative philosophy elsewhere, with not such happy results. He also listens and if needful well explains what he believes a situation is. Dental Hygienist Haley has been MOST pleasant to work with, very considerate of clients, as persons, willing to chat a bit and develop a warmer relationship than I have experienced elsewhere. I was a tourist in the area and had jolts of severe tooth pain. I was worried I would need a root canal. It was a Friday afternoon, and I called several other practices, only to be told they were full and closing soon. I showed up in person at this practice, and not only did they squeeze me in around other patients, these people were some of the nicest folks I have ever met in any medical practice. Kiffin was working the front desk, and she listened sympathetically, spoke with the dentist, and got me settled. Tyler, who introduced himself by first name (a first in any dental practice I have been to) was kind, measured, calm, and conservative with his care. He believed that I had a cracked tooth, and that I could wait until I got home to get a crown, as long as I didn't chew on the tooth and took ibuprofen as needed. That turned out to be true! If I lived in Jackson, I would choose this practice.
