The lab the office uses to make lenses is poor quality in Montana. This lab gets my bifocal lines measured wrong. The lines are slanted at an angle or one higher than the other or both too high! The help in the office will not admit this error and tries to get you to accept the defective glasses. I will have to take my business elsewhere in the future.

I’ve been in dentistry for about 36 years. I’m a hygienist in Texas. Today I had a porcelain crown on a front tooth break. I will not be back to Texas until Aug. 1st. So I was desperate to have my front tooth again. After calling several dental offices and being turned away. Dr Grant Kollenborn said, yes, come on in. He went above and beyond to fix my front tooth and make it perfect! He even made me a couple of extra temporary crowns to take with me incase it broke again. The city of Jackson is lucky to have Dr Kollenborn at Jackson Family Dental!!!
If you are looking for a good dentist, I highly recommend him! All staff members were very professional and his assistant Amalia was wonderful as well!

Even when they are slammed they will make time for you when you need it! Staff is friendly and gentle and the docs are very thorough and take time to understand and help your dental dilemmas (I happen to have many)! I have horrible jaw issues and they are always there to help and when necessary, recommend excellent specialists. If you’re looking for a dentist, I would not hesitate to make an appointment at jackson family dentistry!

I love going to Jackson Family Dentistry. The staff are so kind and welcoming. The dental hygienists are very knowledgeable of the human body and mine helped me figure out some potential things that may be going on with the symptoms I had. Now I have a better path to follow when I go see specialists. I also really appreciate how they treat me like family. I’ve been to other dental practices that try to just get money out of me with procedures I didn’t need. Jackson Family Dentistry doesn’t do that.
