Very disappointed in the way I was treated. On May 4th 2020, I had a toothache call them on their day of emergencies only. And was told they were about to leave. It was about 3:30. I was informed that I already had a appointment on the 11th. In talking to my family, I found out that 2 other family members were treated the same way. One had a swollen jaw. They called a dentist in Jay and was seen that same day. I did write a letter to Dr. Morris and from the responds of the letter I received back, I feel assure he never saw it. It was mark confidential. So needless to say I hope all you that rates him so highly never had an emergency.

My wife and I have been using Atmore Family Dentistry since 2012. We drive an hour from Fairhope because we know we will get the service from Dr. Morris and his staff that we always expect, which is a very pleasant experience. Also, my parents live in Jay, FL. which is around 30-45 minutes away. Several years ago, my mom had an emergency dental issue that was causing her severe pain. I told her about Dr. Morris, she set up an appt. with him and he solved the issue and now my parents, like us, will look to no other than Atmore Family Dentistry for all our dental needs.

I have a tooth that has been giving me extreme issues and has been filled numerous times. I called to see about having it extracted and was told that if they can save it they wont pull it. I'm sorry I have spent probably several hundred on this tooth in the past several years, filling it numerous times. If I decide that I want the tooth extracted then that is what I want done. That is my decision and not the dentist.
